Chapter 7

GOOD TIDINGS BROUGHT TO THE BELIEVERS

  • Should a person loans Allah a good loan, He will multiply it for that person and forgive him/her. And Allah is the Grateful, the Indulgent, the Most Knowing of the unseen and the unheard, the Most Exalted, the Almighty, the Most Honorable, the Invincible/the Subduer, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who precludes corruption best/makes incorruptible.
  • Surely, Allah likes those who fight in His path ranked like a wall.

  • A clear proposal from Allah:

O you who have believed! Shall I show you a business that would save you from a painful punishment? Believe in Allah and His Messenger; make your best efforts for the cause of Allah, with your wealth and lives. This, if you should know, is better for you: He will forgive your sins and admit you into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], underneath of which rivers flow, and into the vacant residents in the gardens of Eden. This is a great salvation. And another thing you might like: Help of Allah and a close conquest… Then, give the believers the good tidings.

O you who have believed! Be helpers of Allah; the, once Jesus, son of Mary, said to his Apostles: “Who are my helpers for Allah?” And his Apostles said to him: “We are the helpers of Allah.” Then, a group of people believed in Israelites and another group did not. Then, We reinforced the believers against their enemies so they prevailed.

.

  • He is the One Who has sent a messenger from among the Dwellers of the City/Meccan who are one of them and who recites to the Dwellers of the City and those who have not yet joined them and also other people the Ayat of Allah, exonerates them, teaches them the Scripture, the laws, rules and principles that are stipulated to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos on the Earth. –Even though they were in a blatant perversion before.- And He is the Most Exalted, the Almighty, the Most Honorable, the Invincible/the Subduer, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who precludes corruption best/makes incorruptible.
  • Sending a messenger is a gift from Allah He bestows upon whomever He pleases. And Allah is the Possessor of a great gift.
  • And there are two gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] for those who fear the authority of Allah, the Rabb of all worlds. In both of them are branches. In both of them are springs flowing. In both of them will be all kinds of fruits in pairs.
  • Believers will wear their chicest, most beautiful garments, take seat on the most luxurious armchairs; they will be the owner of this Jannah [Heavens/Paradise]. Is it possible to deny this?
  • In there shall be those servants who stare; who are not touched nor seen by anyone, known or unknown, passed away or not, like rubies and true rubies. Is it possible to deny this?
  • The reward of good deeds would be the good and beautiful, nothing else. Is it possible to deny this?
  • Apart from them, there will be two other gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] below them given. All green are they. In both of them are two springs flowing constantly. In both of them are fruits, dates and pomegranates. And within those fruits are good and beautiful, taste and deliciousness.
  • There are bright-eyed spouses, secluded in tents. Known or unknown, none has touched them before. They will be reclining on green pillows and “Akhbari” sheets; excellently embroidered mattresses. Is it possible to deny this?
  • The persons who surrender under the guardianship of Allah shall absolutely be rewarded.

  • Judgment day Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] will be brought not distant but close to those who are under the guardianship of Allah. This is what was promised by the Beneficent, the Most Merciful, to whom turns many and who protects many, for all of those who He created, and those who thrill with respect, love and knowledge and who devote themselves even in such places where nothing is seen, heard or felt about Allah, the Most Merciful. –“Enter there with Salam [Peace]. This is the Day of eternity.”- All they wish are for them therein. By Allah, there is more.

  • The persons who have surrendered under the guardianship of Allah will be in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise), rivers/under the light. They will be in the “place allocated for the righteous” in the presence of the Most Potent Master, the Governor; in their place that is only for the righteous, in which no lies can be uttered, a place that cannot perish.

  • The people who comply with the Qur’an, which is an admonition and a remainder, and who fears Him even in unseen places, with love, respect, and knowledge take the warnings into account. They were given the good tidings of pardon and very honorable award.

  • Good servants,

walk modestly in the world and say “Salam! [Peace be upon you]” when those ignorant tease them,

surrender to their Rabb overnight serving their duties of servitude and say: “O our Rabb! Avert from us the wrath of Jahannah [Hell]! Indeed, its wrath is an eternal destruction. What an evil headquarters, an evil residence is it!”

neither waste nor withhold; there has been established a balance between,

do not worship any other idols along with Allah. They do not kill a soul that is forbidden by Allah. – They only kill by right.–

They refrain from adultery. – And those who commit these sins will meet a punishment. Many times the agony will be for those on the Qiyamat [Resurrection] [Day of Judgment] and they shall stay there forever, being humiliated. But those who repent, believe and do good deeds will be spared. Thus, Allah turns their evil deeds to good. And Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. And whoever repents and does good deeds, his repentance will surely be forgiven and he will return Allah.– Theydo not testify to falsehood.

when they come upon a trivial matter they pass with dignity. When they are reminded of the evidence/signs of their Rabb, they shall not act like they are blind and deaf,

they pray: “O our Rabb! Grant/bestow us such wives and successors who will bring comfort to us. And render us a leader for those who surrendered themselves under the guardianship of Allah!”

So the servants of Allah will be rewarded with an eternal life in the Highest places in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] for their patience, and they shall be welcomed with respect and peace [Salam]. – What a beautiful headquarters and residence it is! –

  • Those, who recite the Book of Allah, fulfill Salat [supporting financially and spiritually; establishing-maintaining the institutions that enlighten the community], and spend what He has given them for the path of Allah, in secret or openly,/provide sustenance for their close relatives; they hope for a business that has no possibility to go bankrupt.

  • Racing to conduct good deeds is exactly the Jannah [Heavens/Paradise]. They will enter there. They shall wear golden bracelets and pearls as ornaments. Silk will be their garments. They shall say there: “All praises be to Allah, Who removes that sadness from us and lets us enter this everlasting home, where no fatigue or tiredness will touch us; no one but Allah can be praised. Surely, our Rabb is the Most Forgiving and the Most Appreciating.”

  • Believers, compared with the infidels, have always more benefits in terms of rank, and, position and acquaintances.

  • Allah increases His guidance for those who enter the path to which they are guided.

  • The works that are permanent and corrective are more beneficial and better as a result in Allah’s eyes in terms of good deeds.

  • On the day of the Qiyamat [Resurrection], Allah will gather those who surrendered under the guardianship of Allah like mounted messengers, and honored. And the sinners will be dragged to the Jahannah [Hell] torched with thirst.

  • The Qiyamat [Resurrection] is the day of separation. Allah will separate the good and the bad and give them what they have deserved according to their deeds. How beautiful is the believers’ award!

  • For those who believe and do corrective deeds, Allah furnishes love.

  • Allah plans good things for those who believe in His Ayat and serve the Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] both in world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife]. Allah grants the ambiances where every faction of the society will feel love and respect.

  • Whoever returns his/her Rabb, having done corrective deeds as a believer, highest positions, Gardens of Eden, under which rivers flow, will be his/hers. They shall stay there forever. And this is what purified ones will receive as reward.

  • Allah’s health and safety are always for His servants that He at all times selects and renders purified.

  • What the humans have been given in this world is earnings of the worldly life and its ornaments. What is by Allah is better and more persistent. Hence, people must act reasonably

  • A person whom Allah has promised a good promise and who have received what He had promised is not same as those to whom He has given worldly earnings and will be gathered before Him/will be kept standing “at attention” in His presence on the Day of the Qiyamat [Resurrection].

  • Those who repented, believed and did rightful deeds may hope to be among those who will be salvaged.

  • If humans become straightforward, Allah will forgive who exactly return.

  • Allah shows mercy or wrath to the sinners because of their repentance if He wishes to do so.

  • Those who believe and do corrective deeds; their Rabb guides them for their faith. In their Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] that has blessings in abundance, rivers flow beneath them. Their prayers there will be as follows: “O my Allah! Exonerated are You from all deficiencies!” And their salutation there will be as follows: “Salam [health, peace, happiness]!” And they shall conclude their prayers as follows: “All praise be upon Allah, Rabb of all worlds [Al-Alemin]!”

  • Qualities of His servants who entered Jannah [Heavens/Paradise] are belief and correction of bad deeds. Allah gives them His grace. They invoke Allah with praise and thank Him there.

  • For those who have done good, there will be better and more. No stain will spoil their faces or humiliation or scorn. They are the Companions of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]. They shall be there eternally. And those who have earned evil, an evil punishment equal to their evil deeds will be for them. And humiliation will encompass them. No help will come to them from Allah. Their faces will be like a part of a dark night. They are the Companions of the Fire. They shall be there eternally.

  • Everyone must know well that no fear is for those who close to Allah or His helpers – those who believe and surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah-. They shall not grieve. Good tidings are for them in this worldly life and in the Akhirat [Afterlife] alike. There is no change in the Words of Allah. This is the greatest salvation.

  • Surely, those who believe, who do corrective deeds and who are committed to their Rabb with their deepest respect and humility, they are the Companions of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]. They shall stay there eternally.

  • The Examples of these two groups are like the example of the one who is blind and deaf and the one who is capable of seeing and hearing. Are they equal as examples? One must think about it well and take the admonition.

  • The land of the Akhirat [Afterlife] is better for those who surrender under Allah’s guardianship. Humans must act reasonably.

  • Those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah will be in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] and at springs: They are told, “Enter with peace and safely!”

  • Allah removed the hatred from the hearts of those who surrender under the guardianship of Allah. They shall rest on sofas, facing each other. Fatigue will not touch them in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]. And they shall not be evacuated. They will stay there forever.

  • Those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah will not be held liable for the accounts of those who do wrong by associating others with Allah; who act against their own good. But a reminder for them to surrender under the guardianship of Allah.

  • Peace, safety and health will be theirs in the presence of their Rabb for the good deeds the believers do. And their Rabb is their helper, guide and protector.

  • In regards to the servants/ messengers sent, Allah has a conclusive decision: “They will surely win. Allah’s armies will surely be victorious.”

  • Those who believe and do good deeds, for them will be the Gardens of Eden full of blessings, in which they shall reside eternally. This is a real commitment from Allah. And He is the Most Supreme, the Strongest, the Most Honorable, Unbeatable/Absolute Victorious, Best Lawmaker, the One Who Precludes Corruption the Best/The One Who Makes Incorruptible the Best.

  • Those who believe and do good deeds are the ones to whom will be the forgiveness and blessings in abundance.

  • Blessings will be for those who do good deeds in this world. Surely, the Earth of Allah is vast. But, those who have patience will be fully rewarded.

  • For those who avoid worshipping Taghut and turn to Allah will be the good tidings.

  • The good tidings are for the servants who obey the command and follow the best path! They are the ones whom Allah guides to the righteous path. And they are the ones who are capable of comprehending, have a pure mind.

  • As the promise of Allah, for those who surrender under the guardianship of their Rabb will be lofty mansions under which rivers flow. Allah never breaks His promise.

  • The servants of Allah who transgressed against their own souls must not lose their hopes on the mercy of Allah. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving of all sins. Surely, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • Allah will save those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah in their shelters for their success. No trouble will touch them and they shall not be sad.

  • Allah will help His messengers and those who believe in this worldly life and on that day when the witnesses will resurrect/testify.

  • Those who believe and do good deeds are the ones for whom will be endless/not reproachable blessings.

  • Those who say, “Our Rabb is Allah” and are righteous; harbinger Ayat will continuously be sent down upon them and they say, “Do not fear, do not sadden. Rejoice on the Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] that is promised. We are your guide in the worldly life and the Akhirat [Afterlife], your helpers and protector. In the Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] you will have all your desires as a blessing from the Most Forgiving of the sins of His servants, the One Who does not punish His servants and the Most Beneficent, the Possessor of Vast Mercy. What you desire will be yours there.”

  • And no one else speaks sweeter than those who call upon Allah, do good deeds and say: “I am among the Muslims.

  • Believers shall be addressed by Allah as follows:

“O My servants, who believe in Our Ayat and have become Muslims! No fear is for you today and you shall not be sad. Enter Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] with your wives, being the hosted ones!–Golden trays and chalices will be served around those who surrendered themselves under the guardianship of Allah. Everything they desire and they can feast their eyes on will be there for them to enjoy.- And you shall stay there eternally. And this is Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] which you are made to inherit for what you have done. Fruits in abundance will be there for you. You shall enjoy them.”

  • Surely, those who surrendered themselves under the guardianship of Allah shall be in a secure place as a blessing of their Rabb; within gardens and springs. They shall sit facing each other and wear clothes made of glossy silken textile. Thus it is! He will pair them with the large, black-eyed ones/the most ideal types. There they shall be able to enjoy any kind of fruits securely. They shall not taste any death other than their first death. And Allah will spare them from the wrath of Jahannah [Hell]. This is the great salvation.

  • As to those who do good and righteous deeds, their Rabb will admit them into His mercy. This is clearly the salvation.

  • There will be no fear for those who say, “Our Rabb is Allah” and who are righteous, and they shall not be sad. For they are the Companions of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]. They shall stay there eternally for the good deeds they do.

  • Believers must have patience as did those messengers before them who had strong will! They must not haste for the deniers. When they see what they are promised, they shall feel like they have been in the world for such a short time as an hour of a day.

  • Those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah will be in the gardens and by the springs, being bestowed the blessings of their Rabb. Surely, they were the ones who did good deeds before. They used to sleep a little by night. They used to ask for forgiveness during daybreak and they used to reserve a share from their wealth for those who ask for it or not.

  • As for those who believe and do righteous and good deeds; Allah will not let the reward of those who do righteous deeds be lost.

  • For those who believe and do righteous and good deeds will be gardens of Eden beneath which rivers flow. They shall be adorned with golden bracelets, sitting back on their chairs and wear clothes made of thin and thick silken textiles. O how a beautiful reward it is! And how a beautiful place to reside!

  • For those who believe and do corrective deeds will be the gardens of Eden as a gift. They shall not desire to leave there.

  • When those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah are asked: “What has your Rabb sent down?,” they shall answer: “That which is good.”

  • The persons who have surrendered under the guardianship of Allah in their land; and how beautiful is the home of those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah; the Gardens of Eden! They shall enter there. Rivers flow beneath it. That which they desire will be there for them. Thus reward will be from Allah for those who surrender under His guardianship. Those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah are the ones whom angels will comfort and remind all the deeds they did in the past and what they failed to do while being obliged to. And they shall say: “Peace be upon you! Now proceed through the gates of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] as the recompense of the deeds you have done.

  • Those who emigrated for the cause of Allah after they were treated unjustly; He surely place those who had patience and relied unto Allah for their affairs in this world in a good place. Price of the other/the Akhirat [Afterlife] is much higher. If only they knew!

  • Allah is with those who surrender under His guardianship and who improve and smarten themselves.

  • Allah keeps those who believe in the simple worldly life and in the Akhirat [Afterlife] with a firm word/faith. Allah leads those who do wrong; act against their own good by associating others with Him astray. And Allah does what He wishes.

  • Allah has sent a message to His servants who believe: “Tell them serve their Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] and spend Our blessings that We have bestowed upon them for the path of Allah/give them to their relatives to support them in secrecy and openly before a day comes when shopping and friendship will not exist.”

  • Surely, as for those who have surrendered under the guardianship of Allah and for whom “The Best” is prepared by Allah; they shall be kept away from Jahannah [Hell]. They shall not hear the moaning coming from Jahannah [Hell]. They shall abide eternally among that which their souls desire. And the greatest fear will not grieve them and the harbingers of good tidings will remind them: “This is the day you have been promised.”

  • The believers who have sustained/prevailed, are moderate/humble in their Salat [Support financially and spiritually; enlighten the community], turn away from vain talk, give zaqat/tax, guard their chastity, -except for those their wives or covenants possess, for which they cannot be condemned; those who wish to transcend beyond are the transgressing ones, are faithful to their trusts and covenants, maintain their Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]. Such victorious people are the final inheritors of the Gardens of Paradise, in which they shall abide eternally.

  • As for those who believe and do good deeds; the gardens of Eden will be for them as hospitality for their good deeds.

  • Those who surrender under the guardianship of Allah will abide in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], relaxing on the chairs given by their Rabb and enjoying themselves; they shall be in abundant blessings. And their Rabb will spare them from the wrath of Jahannah [Hell]. And He will pair them with large-eyed ones. –“Enjoy, eat and drink for your deeds!”-.

  • As for those who believed and descendants of whom followed them; Allah will join their descendants with them. He will not reduce their good deeds. Everyone will retain what he/she earned. Allah will provide them with the fruits and meat they desire in abundance. They shall share a chalice that is free from vain talk, nonsense and sin.

And around them will revolve young boys who belong to them; they are like pearls hidden in mother of pearl.

They shall turn to each other and ask: “We were indeed fearful among our families. Allah favored us and protected us from the penetrating fire. Surely, we used to invoke Him. Surely, He is the Most Beneficent and the Most Forgiving.”

  • There will be shelters/places of salvation; well-watered vineyards-gardens, grapevines, seed of same level; flower gardens, full water containers for those who surrender under the guardianship of Allah as a reward and a sufficient blessings from their Rabb; Rabb of the Heavens and the Earth and all that is in between; Rahman [Allah; The One Who is Most Merciful Towards His Creations on the Earth]. They shall not hear vain talk and lies there. –They are not capable of speaking before Him

  • Surely, “the Righteous/the good men” will abide in the Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] of abundant blessings and happiness. And as for those who have stuck deep into evil and deny the Religion/refuse to believe; they shall surely abide in Jahannah [Hell]. On the Day of Religion, they shall be entered into it to abide there eternally.

  • As for the one who is given his book in his right hand; he will be questioned with an easy reckoning and he will return to his relatives happily. And as for the one who is given his book from behind; he will summon the death and be thrown into the blazing fire. He surely was happy among his relatives. Yet he surely was sure that he would never be returned. But, his Rabb surely was observing him.

  • Only for those who believe and do corrective deeds, there will be unending reward/recompense.

  • As for those who believe and do good deeds; they shall be amused in a garden. And as for those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb; they shall remain in agony.

  • Allah will of course cover up the bad actions of the persons believing and doing corrective deeds and will respond them with absolutely more beautiful things than their good deeds.

  • Allah will add those persons who believe and do corrective deeds to the accurate persons.

  • Certainly not as they think! Record of the “Abrar”/the righteous is surely in Illiyyun. –And what has informed you about Illiyyun? It is a record written in numbers testified by those who have been brought close!-!–

  • Allah determines the deeds of His servants with evidences –in order to repay them in the Akhirat [Afterlife]- Good deeds and bad deeds are all recorded. Nothing remains hidden from Allah.

  • The “Abrar”/the righteous shall be in Naim [Bliss], sitting on thrones, expecting. It will be seen that the light of blessing is on their faces. They shall drink a sealed pure drink. The seal/last of which is made of musk. And contained in it is Tasnim. Drinks of those who have been brought close will come from a spring. –Those who race should race here.-.–

  • The persons who have surrendered under the guardianship of Allah are upon a guide from their Rabb. And they are the saved ones, prevailed ones.

  • Allah has advised that those who believe and do good deeds are given the good tidings that “They surely will be in the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] beneath which rivers flow.” Every time they will eat from the fruits there, they will say: “This is what we were given before.” And they will be provided with similar blessings. And pure partners will be there for them. And they will abide there eternally; thus the fruits on this world are in fact copies.

  • Humans must remember the blessings Allah has given them and be loyal to the word they promised to Allah. In this case, Allah will ensure their covenants to take place.

  • People must not call those who have been killed for the cause of Allah, “the Dead Ones.” They are actually motivating the Muslims as if they are alive, even if no one knows this.

  • Allah weakens/tests humans with fear, starvation and loss of wealth, lifetime and crops. The people who say: “We surely belong to Allah and will turn to Him only” when a trouble comes to them, pass this test!Support and mercy of their Rabb will be upon them. And they are the ones who have found the righteous path they have been guided.

  • As for those who hide the manifest evidence and the guide to the righteous path, which Allah has sent down, after He has showed clearly them to the people; Allah and those who ostracize will ostracize and forsake them. But whoever turns away from sin and do good deeds and those who clearly disclose the manifest evidence and the guide to the righteous path are different. Allah will accept their repentance. And Allah is the Most Accepting of repentances and Who gives them chance to repent, and the Most Merciful.

  • Allah’s grace can be reached by those who believe in His Ayat and who do good deeds.

  • Those who cover up Allah’s Ayat are eternally away from Allah’s grace unless they become the people who repent and are doing corrective deeds.

  • Allah wishes ease of conduct for humans but not difficulty.

  • Those who believe, leave their home and migrate to foreign lands and those who make their best efforts in the path of Allah; they hope for the mercy of Allah. And Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • Allah does not cause the beliefs of humans to be lost. Allah is Compassionate and Merciful toward everyone.

  • Whoever submits himself/herself in Islam for Allah, he/she will be recompensed by his/her Rabb. And there will be no fear for them and they will not grieve as well.

  • Believers are those who feel awe when Allah is mentioned,

who get stronger in faith when His Ayat are recited and who rely unto their Rabb for their affairs,

who serve the Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]

and who spend the blessings He bestow upon them for the cause of Allah. Indeed, they are the believers. For them will be higher degrees, forgiveness and a noble reward with their Rabb.

Allah’s helps to the warriors in the War of Badr; the fact that the enemies were shown lesser in the sleep/dream, that the warriors were motivated with the verses sent down, that the enemies had pains in their joints, that the hearts of the enemies were filled with fear must be learned well from the history. Muslims must be sure that they will be helped in the wars that they wage for Allah.

  • Allah, as in every issue, helps the believers believing Him in wars as well.

  • Allah is with the believers.

  • But Allah would not punish them while the Messenger/those who warn with the Qur’an were among them. And Allah would not punish them as long as they ask for forgiveness.

  • If they try to deceive believers, they must be aware that Allah is surely sufficient for them. Allah is the One Who supports the believers with His help and Who brings their hearts together.

  • For those who have believed, emigrated, and fought with their lives and wealth for the cause of Allah and sheltered and helped those who are in need; they are the true believers. There will be forgiveness and a noble blessing for them.
  • Those who have believed and emigrated from their lands and made their best efforts are now the believers as well. And those who are relatives are closer to each other according to the Scripture of Allah. Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing.

  • One must surrender under the guardianship of Allah. No doubt Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • If the persons who have believed surrender under the guardianship of Allah, Allah may bestow upon them two shares from His mercy, create a light under which they will walk and forgive them. Allah is the Possessor of the great reward.

  • Believing people do not give up their cause due to the death of their leader or for any other reason. Whoever turns back should know that he/she cannot harm Allah by any means. And Allah will recompense those who are grateful for the blessings He has given upon them.

  • As for those who are under the guardianship of Allah; as a convenience from Allah, there will be gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], underneath which rivers flow and in which they shall abide eternally. And that which is with Allah is better for “the righteous.”

  • The men and the women who have converted to Islam, the believer men and women, respectful men and women, righteous men and women, patient men and women, humble men and women, those men and women who give away charity, fasting men and women, those men and women who guard their chastity, those men and women who remember Allah frequently; Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward.

  • Allah is the One Who supports believers to bring them out of darkness and into the light. His forces of nature/harbinger Ayat that He sends down provide support. And He is the Most Merciful upon the believers. On the day they will meet Him, their greeting will be “Salam!” Allah has prepared for them a noble reward.

  • Allah has sent a messenger for the believers. What a pleasing thing!

  • If believers avoid major sins that are forbidden for them, Allah will remove their evil deeds from upon then. And He will have them enter into a noble entrance.

  • Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, Allah will enter them into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath of which rivers flow, to abide there eternally. This is indeed a great salvation.
  • Allah will enter those who have believed in Him and done good deeds into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath of which rivers flow to abide there eternally. For them will be there purified spouses [who do not grudge, envy]. And He will place them under a deep shadow.
  • When they seek the righteousness having acted against their own good by associating others with Allah, asking Allah for forgiveness, their repentance is forgiven. Allah is the Most Forgiving, the One Who provides many chances to repent, the Most Merciful.
  • People will not become believers unless they make the Qur’an arbitrator for the matters they dispute about among themselves and accept the judgment in the Qur’an without discomfort and a full trust.
  • Had Allah instructed some people: “Kill yourselves or abandon your homes,” none of them but a few would do it. And if they had done what they were instructed, it would surely be better for them and stronger in patience. And He would have given them a great gift from Him. And He would have guided them to the righteous path.
  • Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger is with the prophets, the sincere, the martyrs and the righteous those whom Allah has bestowed His grace. And how beautiful companions they are! This is a gift from Allah. Allah is sufficient as the Most Knowing.
  • Whoever emigrates from his/her land for the cause of Allah will find many vast places on the Earth to take shelter. And whoever exits his/her house to join Allah and His Messenger but meets death, his/her reward/recompense will surely be incumbent upon Allah; which is beyond the reason of His servants. Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • Whoever commits an evil deed or treats himself/herself unjustly and then asks Allah for forgiveness, he/she will find that Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. And whoever commits a sin will be sinned against himself/herself. And Allah is the All Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.
  • Allah has revealed to the believers the Scripture and the laws, rules and principles that are set forth to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos and taught them that which they did not know. Great is the gift of Allah upon them.
  • As for those who believe and do good deeds; Allah will enter them, as a true promise from Allah, into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath of which rivers flow, to abide therein eternally. And who else can be more truthful in promises than Allah?
  • Whoever from among the believers, man or woman, commits good; they shall enter into Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] to abide therein eternally. And they shall not be treated unjustly, not even as much as the speck of a date seed.

  • If people have been grateful for the blessings they were given and they have believed, Allah will not punish them. Allah recompenses what has been done and He is the Most Knowing.

  • Those from among the Jews who are deep in wisdom believe in the Qur’an and in that which has been revealed to them and in that which was revealed before. They perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community], give zaqat/tax, believe in Allah and the Day of the Qiyamat [Resurrection]. They are the ones whom He will bestow a reward.

  • As for those who believe in Allah and hold tight onto the clear light; Allah will admit them into a mercy from Himself and in abundant blessings as a gift and He will guide them to Himself as a straight path.

  • As for those who believe and do good deeds; Allah will recompense them fully and He will also bestow upon them His blessings in abundance; and as for those who disdain to be servants of Allah and act arrogantly; they shall be punished with a painful punishment. They shall not be able to find a helper, a guide or a protector from among the subordinates of Allah.

  • Humans must believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend that which He made them possess later on. And as for whoever from among humans who believe and spend; there will be a great recompense for them.

  • As for the men who give charity and the women who give charity and those who loan Allah a good loan; their reward will be multiplied many times. And there will be for them a noble reward.

  • Those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; they are the righteous ones and martyrs in the eye of their Rabb. They will have their recompense and light. And those who deny and reject Allah’s Ayat; they are the Companions of Jahannah [Hell].
  • Allah will admit those who believe and do good deeds into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath which rivers flow. As for those who deny; enjoy their earnings and consume them as the grazing beasts eat, and the Fire will be their settlement.

  • Reason of the happiness of the believers and the miserable condition of the infidels is the fact that Allah helps, guides and protects those who believe and there are no helpers, guides and protectors for those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb.

  • Example of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] that is promised to those who surrender themselves under the guardianship of Allah: “There will be rivers of unspoiled waters, rivers of unspoiled milk, rivers of tasty wine and filtered honey. For them will be there all kinds of fruits and mercy from their Rabb.
  • For those who follow the righteous path they are guided; Allah has increased His guidance and let them surrender under His guardianship.

  • Those who believe and do good deeds; only for them are the Tuba [Bliss/tree of blessedness in Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]]; all the good, good tidings and a beautiful destination.

  • Example of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] that is promised to those who are under the guardianship of Allah is as follows: Underneath of it rivers flow, its blessings; fruits, colors, taste and shadows are eternal. This is the end of those who are under the guardianship of Allah. End of those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb is the Fire.

  • As for those who believe in Allah and His messengers and do not make discrimination between them; they are the ones whom Allah will soon bestow their reward. And Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • “The good men” drink from a bowl containing Camphor, from a spring gushing out drinking from which servants of Allah who give away their food to the poor and the orphan and the slave for the love of Allah/even though they favor it, saying: “We feed you for the sake of Allah only and we demand from you nothing in return or gratitude; and yes, we fear our Rabb on an austere and morose day.”
  • And Allah protects them from the evil of that day; He will give upon them light and happiness, He will bestow upon them Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] and silken garments; they shall abide there reclining on thrones; they shall not see there the sun nor freezing cold and they shall be in shadows of the hanging gardens, hanging low.

  • And a silver chalice and crystal bowls will be circulated around them; -their crystals which they will measure as they wish are made of silver-. And they shall drink from a bowl mixture of which is of ginger, from a spring there called Salsabil.
  • And wandering among them are young boys of everlasting youth; when people see them they will think they are scattered pearls!
  • When that place is seen, they will see happiness and a great dominion and governing; those who abide there will be wearing fine green silken and glossy satin garments; they shall be adorned with silver bracelets; their Rabb will make them drink a pure drink. Surely, this is the recompense of the believers. And their deeds are worth recompensing
  • Those who believe and do good deeds are the most righteous of all creatures. Their reward with their Rabb will be the gardens of Eden, underneath of which rivers flow, to abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. And this reward will be for those who stand in awe before their Rabb with respect, love and knowledge.
  • Had Allah’s blessings and mercy for the believers did not exist, humans would be devastated. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the One Who provides many chances to repent, best Law-maker, the One Who Precludes Corruption the Best/One Who Makes Incorruptible the Best…
  • Had Allah’s blessings and mercy did not exist in the world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife], there would absolutely be wrath for the humans in their circumstances they experience.
  • If not for the blessings and mercy was upon the believers and if not Allah was the Compassionate and the Most Merciful, humans would be devastated.
  • And if not for the blessings and mercy of Allah upon the believers, none of them would have become pure forever. However, Allah purifies whomever He pleases. Allah is the Most Hearing, the Most Knowing.
  • Surely, Allah will admit those who believe and do good deeds into the garden of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath of which rivers flow. Surely, Allah does whatever He pleases.
  • Allah will admit those who believe and do good deeds into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] underneath of which rivers flow. And they shall be adorned with golden bracelets and pearls. And silken will be their garments in there. And they have been guided to good speech, to that which is good and beautiful. And they are guided to the path of Allah.

  • The good tidings will be given to those whose hearts shake with awe when Allah is mentioned, those who are patient over the troubles that hit them, who perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] and spend from the blessings that He bestow upon them for the cause of Allah, who prostrate sincerely to Allah.
  • Allah defends those who believe. Surely, Allah likes neither transgression nor extreme ungratefulness.
  • Those who believe and do good deeds will be given forgiveness and a great blessing.
  • Those who emigrated in the path of Allah and then were killed or died; surely, Allah will reward them with a beautiful gift.
  • Allah surely is the Best of the providers. He surely will admit them into a place where they will be pleased. And surely, Allah is the Most Knowing, the Indulgent.
  • When they are invited to Allah and His Messenger so He may judge among them, all that believers say is, “We hear and we obey.” They are the ones who will reach the salvation.
  • Humans are required after saying, “We have believed in Allah and His Messenger,” that they comply with their obligations as a believer and haste to fulfill Allah’s order. Being a believer requires to be committed to Allah by heart and risk death for Allah. Save for such persons, others could not be believers.

  • Allah has promised to those among the people who believe and do good deeds that He would make them inherit others as He made those before them to inherit others, and He would surely establish them the religion He has chosen for them and He would place them into safety after their fears.

  • The people who believe and do good deeds worship Allah, they will not associate others with Him. And whoever blasphemes; consciously denies-disbelieves Allah’s Divinity and the fact that He is Rabb; they are the transgressors.

  • As for those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah; they are the ones whose hearts Allah tests so they may surrender under the guardianship of Allah. For them will be forgiveness, protection and a great reward.

  • Believers are the ones who believe in Allah and His Messenger and do not doubt about this and who make their best efforts in the path of Allah with their wealth and lives. They are the faithful.

  • Covering up the bad deeds and entering Jannah [Heavens/Paradise],this is a great salvation before Allah.

  • Badness has been upon the hypocrites and polytheists. Allah has punished and cursed them; deprived them of His mercy and prepared Jahannah [Hell] for them. How an evil destination it is!
  • Surely, those who take oath of loyalty to the Prophet actually take oath of loyalty to Allah. Power; blessings and support of Allah are over their power; support and service. Therefore, whoever forsakes his promise has forsaken it only against himself. And whoever is faithful to his promise to Allah, Allah will bestow upon him a great reward.

  • Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, and his companions are severe against those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb so Allah may provoke enemies through them, and they are merciful among themselves.

  • Everyone sees them as the people who teach the oneness of Allah, who prostrate and surrender, asking a favor and a pleasure of Allah. Their mark of prostration can be seen from their very existence/all over them. This is their example in the Torah.

  • And their example in the Bible is like a crop that has sprouted its offshoots and become thicker by strengthening it. Sowers delight over this.

  • Allah has promised to the believers and doers of good deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward.

  • Allah has given His promise to those who believe and do good deeds: For them will be forgiveness and a great reward. And as for those who deny and disbelieve Allah’s Ayat; they are the Companions of Jahannah [Hell].

  • The believing men and the believing women; some among them are helpers, guides and guardians of others. They command the good which is accepted by all and forbid all that is evil, perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community], give zaqat/tax, obey Allah and His Messenger. Upon them Allah will have mercy. Surely, Allah is the Most Exalted, the Almighty, the Most Honorable, the Invincible/the Subduer, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who precludes corruption best/makes incorruptible.

  • Allah has promised to the believing men and the believing women into the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], underneath of which rivers flow, to abide therein eternally and beautiful residences in the gardens of Eden. Approval of Allah is greater. This is the great salvation.

  • The Messenger and the believer beside him made their best efforts with their wealth and lives. And to them will belong all that is good. And their condition will never decline and they will succeed. Allah has prepared for them gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], underneath of which rivers flow, to abide therein eternally. This is a great salvation.
  • There is no sin upon the weak, the ill and those who have nothing to spend and also those who go back crying for they could not find anything to spend in the path of Allah and after the Messenger tell them, “I could not find anything to let you ride” when they come to the messenger to ask him to ride them, as long as they are sincere for Allah and His Messenger. There is no way against those who do good deeds. Allah is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful.
  • The forerunners among the Muhajirun [Those who emigrated from Mecca to Medina] and Ansar [Residents of Medina who helped Muhajirun] and those who followed them in doing good deeds; Allah was pleased with them and they were pleased with Allah. And Allah has prepared for them the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], underneath of which rivers flow, to abide therein eternally. This is a great salvation.

  • Others have confessed their sins. And they have confused a righteous deed with an evil one. So Allah may accept their repentances. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving of the sins of His servants, the One Who does not punish them and the Possessor of Abundant Forgiveness and Vast Mercy.

  • Take Sadaqah [Charity] from their wealth so you may purify them with their charity. And support them. Surely, your support is peace upon them. Allah is the Most Hearing, the Most Knowing.
  • Everyone must know that Allah accepts repentances of His servants, takes Sadaqah [Charity] and that Allah is the Most Accepting of repentance, the One Who gives chance to repent, the Most Merciful.
  • Let infidels do what they can. Allah, His Messenger and the believers will see their deeds. And they shall be returned to Allah, the Most Knowing of the unseen and the seen. Then He will inform you about your deeds.
  • Allah has purchased from those believers who repent, worship, praise, emigrate, acknowledge the oneness of Allah, surrender and prostrate, command the good that is accepted by all, forbid the evil deeds, preserve the limits of Allah their lives in exchange for Jannah [Heaven/Paradise]. They fight for the cause of Allah; then they die and kill. This is the true promise of Allah that is contained in the Torah, the bible and the Qur’an. And who else is more faithful to his promise? Then, believers must rejoice over the exchange. And this is the great salvation. Good tidings to the believers!

  • Allah promised Jannah [Heavens/Paradise] to those people who became entitled to surrender under Allah’s guardianship as specified in the Torah, the Bible, and the Qur’an.
  • Allah has bestowed repentance upon Prophet and the Muhajirun [Emigrants] and Ansar [Residents of Medina], who followed him in the most difficult hour, when the hearts of a group from among them almost inclined. Then He accepted their repentances. Surely, He is the Most Compassionate over them, the Most Merciful.
  • Allah accepted the repentances of the three people who were left behind. Insomuch as the Earth seemed cramped to them despite its great width, and their souls were under stress. And they firmly believed that the only way to escape from Allah is to seek refuge in Him. Then Allah bestowed upon them repentance and then accepted their repentances. Surely, Allah is the Most Accepting of repentances, the One Who gives chance to repent, the Most Merciful.

SOCIAL PRINCIPLES

  • Allah has finally decreed that people would not to worship anyone but Him, and to heal-make their parents beautiful. Should one of them or both attain old ages while living with the person, they must not say “ah!” upon them, they must not rebuke them; they must be sensitive to them. And they must utter both of them noble compliments. And they must descend their wings of humbleness for them out of their mercy. And they must pray saying: “O my Rabb! Have mercy upon them as they raised me when I was a little child.”

  • It is necessary to give their relatives; those poor ones who were evacuated from their land, paupers and wayfarers their rights.

  • While performing the Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community], the most victimized ones in the society must be protected and overseen.

  • People must not waste/spend for the evil. – Surely those who waste/spend for the evil are brothers of the devils. Satan is ungrateful to his Rabb –

  • If people will not help their relatives, those poor people and wayfarers by seeking for a mercy they expect from their Rabb, then they are to speak gently and say compliments to them. The situation must be explained in a proper language and their hearts must be won.

  • One must not be mean, distribute his/her goods altogether/be extravagant. Otherwise, those people acting in this way will be condemned and repented.

  • People must not kill their children for the fear of poverty. Allah will give everyone blessings/ nurture them. Killing them is surely a severe sin.

  • People must not commit adultery/must keep away from the paths that may lead them to adultery. Adultery is surely an abomination and an evil path.

  • Unless a war is launched against Allah and a resolution on measure for measure is taken, no one can be killed.

  • Whoever is killed with injustice, his/her relatives must be paid indemnity.

  • One must not approach the possessions of an orphan – unless in the best way – until he reaches the puberty.

  • One must fulfill all promises he/she has made/his/her covenants. Indeed, any promise that is given is a liability.
  • When one measures, he/she is to measure fully and use a proper weigh. This indeed is better and more proper in consequence/implementation.

  • One must not covet for anything about which he/she has no knowledge at all! Surely, ear, eyes, heart; they all are liable for this.

  • One must not walk on the earth with arrogance and glory! A person surely cannot split the earth open nor reach for the mountains.

  • The principles Allah has sent must be complied with and people must not adopt any other idol than Allah. Otherwise, they will be thrown into Jahannah [Hell], condemned and banished inevitably.

  • Servants must at all times utter what is the most beautiful.

  • Believers must bring the most beautiful words sent down by Allah to other humans.

  • Salat [Support financially and spiritually] must not be conducted expressly, nor must it be conducted covertly. And a way between them must be sought.

  • In the societies where homosexuality increases, reproduction terminates and generations dry out.

  • Allah always protects those people who become His servants sincerely.

  • People must establish justice when they measure and weigh; they must not keep the scales lighter.

  • People must not deduce what people have and must not do evil on earth as mischief-makers to behave badly to humans and nature.

  • A person must not do the thing to which he/she opposes.

  • Everyone must be corrective as per his/her capacity.

  • There can be no lawsuit without proof and witness.

  • A person must notify the situation he/she encounters with a petition to the superior bodies.
  • A person must share what he/she knows with the society and provide the society with material and moral aids.

  • Persons, institutions, and countries must always have reserve funds for hard days.

  • A person can be a candidate for one of the public duties with his/her knowledge and experience.

  • Receipt of aid twice from the same place must not invite the attention of others.

  • It is necessary to take precautions and leave the outcome to Allah.

  • Precaution cannot be a remedy for Allah’s plan; but as Allah’s plan is not known, people must take heed at all times.

  • Upon the agreement of the parties, opposing plan can be made for a temporary period.

  • In Allah’s provisions, punishment of theft is that the thief is kept under control.

  • Judicial provisions are applied in accordance with the religion of the persons.

  • Those people who will be guarantor cannot be the guarantor of undetermined things and the future things.

  • An accusation of conviction must be proved.

  • Every problem is not disclosed to other people.

  • Sinners who have repented are not reproached for their past sins and they are not blamed and reprimanded for their past.

  • No one must be forced to believe.

  • It is necessary to treat everyone nicely.

  • No one is responsible for the account of other people.

  • If one follows the majority of those who are on the Earth, they shall lead him/her astray from the path of Allah because they only follow “assumptions” and they busy themselves with nothing but trivial matters.

  • Allah is the One Who created gardens, with or without trellises, many species of crops, olives and pomegranates, similar to each other or not. It is necessary to eat their fruits when they yield, and give their due on the harvest day and do not waste. Surely, Allah does not like those who waste.

  • No carrier bears the burden of another person.

  • The punishment for an evil deed is evil as it is. But whoever forgives and corrects, his reward will be by Allah. Surely, He does not like those who do wrong by associating others with Him; who act against their own good.

  • Allah has enjoined upon man as a liability, good treatment to his mother and father. His mother carried him with hardship and delivered/gave birth to him with hardship. And thirty months is his gestation and weaning.

  • Persons and institutions may appoint a person among them as an attorney in order to have their businesses conducted.

  • Schools of theology, especially those schools oriented to prove the existence of the Akhirat [Afterlife], must be established everywhere.

  • A person must not speak without knowledge and document.

  • With a little damage, a substantial damage can be prevented.

  • War must be waged against those who try to avert humans from religion and they must be tried and penalized with death sentence.

  • Goods of orphans must be safeguarded well and delivered to them when they reach puberty.

  • No price must be charged for protecting the commodities of an orphan.

  • Covenants must be sturdy and understandable; no unclear article must they contain.

  • Allah favored some of humans above others in terms of blessings. Those who are favored over others do not distribute their blessings; their foods and drinks, wealth to those whom they dominate under their covenants equally. Then do they consciously cover up the blessings of Allah?

  • Allah favors some of His servants over others in terms of wealth, children, lifetime and intelligence. Those who are favored in wealth do not pay their subordinates, employees, officers, workers equally; they pay them differently due to certain reasons. They consider none of them are equal with them and do not share with them. Our Rabb [Lord, the Cherisher, the Nurturer, the Sustainer] gives this message: Even you do not accept your employees [slaves, workers, officers] as partners [equal] to yourselves; and acknowledge the difference between the master and the slave, the employee and the employer, then how come you do not accept there may be difference between Allah and His creations? Why should Allah accept His servants as partners [equal] to Himself?

  • The reason for Allah to bestow His blessings more upon some of His servants thus favoring some of them above others is to maintain the social order: The relation between subordinates and seniors is a divine law that is imposed on the social life and enables people to socially interact among themselves thus allowing them to be tested with their manners and attitudes in establishing their relations. Rising in various degrees, as mentioned herein, is not a difference in terms of prophecy, superiority, prestige, but in economical power, wisdom, intelligence, understanding, knowledge-ignorance. In a community where all of the members are equal in terms of economical power, intelligence and understanding, employment and production, which in turn requires some people to employ other, cannot be possible.

  • Allah commands justice, doing good deeds and supporting relatives; And He forbids recklessness, evil deeds and transgression. He gives humans admonitions so they may heed and take lessons. Allah never wishes His servants to be in bad circumstances. Allah brings principles that will eliminate the social problems for humans. He prohibits humans to conduct actions that will pose disaster for the society. There are surely signs in this for those who contemplate and take advice.

  • When people make a covenant, they must fulfill the covenant of Allah/the promises they have given to Allah.

  • After they ensure that their oaths/covenants are fulfilled and adopt Allah as their witness, they must not break their oaths/covenants. Surely, Allah knows the deeds done.

  • Oaths must not be utilized as tools of deception just because a community is wealthier than another community, with a trust in power and connections. Surely, Allah tests humans with this. On the Day of the Qiyamat [Resurrection], He will disclose that upon which humans conflict.

  • Humans must not use their oaths as tools to make mischief/cause chaos among themselves. Then their feet slip while standing tight and they taste the evil for they have gone astray from the path of Allah. And the great punishment will be for the ones who commit such sin.

  • People must not sell the covenants of Allah/promises they give to Allah for an unfair price. And they should better know that which is with Allah is better for them. What humans have will surely deplete yet that which is with Allah is everlasting. And He surely will give those who are patient their reward, much better than what they do.

  • If people are to punish anyone, they must punish him/her as much as they have been punished. And if they are to be patient, it surely is better for those who have patience.

  • Those people who will be appointed to a public duty must absolutely be educated and qualified. Public assignment must not be appointed to unqualified people and such duty must not be transferred from father to son.

  • Schools must be inaugurated everywhere and it must this way be ensured that people gain the reward of their good deeds and that future will be safe.

  • Schools must be open for the people who go places and who close themselves in for worship, who submit and surrender, and everyone who deems Allah is one. Humans’ deed of associating others with Allah must be cleaned; humans’ esteem to other servants and the lifeless objects must be prevented and they must be provided with the honor of humanity.

  • Requirements of the schools inaugurated must certainly be fulfilled. Those who ignore this and who cover this truth up must be punished.

In terms of schools, Abraham said to Allah: And when Abraham said: “O my Rabb! Make this place a safe city, bestow upon its people; those who believe in Allah and the last day, Your Blessings.” Allah said: “I bestow a little upon even those who consciously deny My Divinity and the fact that I am Rabb, then I will take them into the punishment of fire. How evil is the final destination!”

And when Abraham and Ishmael raised the foundations of the Bayt [House]: “O our Rabb! Accept this from us, surely You are the Most Hearing, the Most Knowing. O our Rabb! Make us both ones who make strong [who make healthier, happier and convince people to be Muslims]. And make our family a people with a leader who make strong [who make healthier, happier and convince people to be Muslims]. And show us Your methods for servitude, accept our repentance. Surely, You are the Most Accepting of repentance and the Most Merciful. O our Rabb! And send a prophet from among them so he may recite them Your Ayat; teach them the Scripture and the laws, rules and principles that are set forth to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos; purify them. No doubt that You are the Most Exalted, the Almighty, the Most Honorable, the Invincible/the Subduer, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who precludes corruption best/makes incorruptible.” This prayer must be learned an evaluated by everyone

  • Previous messengers had opened schools that would enlighten the society and clean out the association of others with Allah and taught oneness. Abraham, Moses, and Jesus inaugurated schools as well. What they told at the schools is stated in the Qur’an.
  • Even though mindless people attempt to prevent, Muslims must establish their independent state where they can experience their religion freely. This is their kiblah and main strategy.
  • Allah has made this ummah a righteous people with a leader so they may testify over the people and the Messenger may testify over them. This target/strategy He has determined is indeed rather difficult for the people except for those whom Allah guides.
  • Believers do not be slaves and cannot accept living as a colony. Establishment by the believers of independent states is their right. As Mohammed did, as David and Solomon did, a state must be established. The strategies of these states are to eliminate cruelty and exhibit beautification. Believers’ strategy must be in the manner that it will make Allah content.
  • A Muslim person must adopt this target by heart and turn his/her face to the Masjid al-Haram / untouchable education-training institution; and his/her mind must be occupied with education-training at all times. A Muslim person must turn to educational institutions regardless of his/her location.
  • Those who have been given the Scripture surely know that establishment of a state is the Truth coming from their Rabb. And Allah is not unaware, uninformed of their deeds.
  • Every moment of the believers must pass at the Masjid al-Haram / untouchable education-training institution they must not act weekly in terms of education-training. If the believers continue education-training with patience and perseverance; their establishment of a state as a right promised by Allah will surely take place.
  • Even all the verses are disclosed to those people who have been granted a scripture, they still will not comply with the objective/strategy of the believers. Believers must not comply with the objective/strategy of them too.
  • From wherever they emerge, believers must turn their face towards the Masjid al-Haram/the untouchable educational institution immediately; an education training institution must be inaugurated right away. Surely, this is the Truth coming from our Rabb. And Allah is not unaware, uninformed of the deeds.
  • Schools must be inaugurated everywhere. Allah played His part in this regard and sent down the scripture to humans that recites His Ayat to them, that purifies them, that teaches them the Scripture and the laws, rules and principles set forth to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos and teach them that which they do not know, so there will be no evidence against them. Believers’ part must be to inaugurate schools everywhere and teach the divine principles. They must not be in awe for the deniers with respect, love and knowledge but be in awe for Allah with respect, love and knowledge.

  • The world’s Muslims must inaugurate high theology schools in the region of Mecca where the traces and memories of Hanif Abraham are present. The catering and accommodation expenses of this place must be paid by Believers. Educational terms must be determined not being less than three months by a committee and these months most be notified to the world. In these educational terms, from all around the world, Jewish, Christian, atheist etc. people must be invited and it must be ensured that they are purified from the filth of associating others with Allah.
  • In the educational term, many schools must be established and knowledge and education required for the world and the Akhirat [Afterlife] must be provided.
  • At the end of the terms, all the participants in these schools must come together and publish an ultimatum/certain warning for the solution of the problems of the world. Basic principles of the issue can be learned from Baqara; 196-198, 200-203, 199, 201-202, 204-207, 158 Tawba; 1-29.
  • In order for the Muslims to carry out the advisory and education-training activities oriented to the world’s other Muslims, it is necessary to inaugurate high theology schools in the region of Mecca. The education-training programs of these schools to which people from all around the world can attend and their durations must be announced and high attendance must be ensured. Every need of the people who will come there must be fulfilled.
  • The Hajj [Pilgrimage]/organized theological education are the known months. Whoever commences and obligates himself for the Hajj [Pilgrimage]/organized theological education, he must abstain from sexually approaching women, talking evil, committing sins and being involved in fights during the Hajj [Pilgrimage]/organized theological education.

  • Humans must eat the halal and clean, pleasant, and beneficial things on earth and they must not follow the footsteps of the Satan that is an obvious enemy to them; they must not comply with the suggestions of bad persons and the desires of their souls.

  • The persons who have believed, if they are merely acting as the servants of Allah, they must eat those good, clean, and pleasant things Allah gave them as sustenance and repay the blessings given by Allah.

  • Allah has made haram [forbidden] for believers only carcasses, blood, pork and the meat of any beast which is sacrificed in dedication of others than Allah. Yet, whoever is obliged to eat from these, there will be no sin for him/her unless he/she does it encroaching or transgressing the rights of others. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • For believers, for the conflicts that involve death, retaliation; legal retribution between parties is prescribed. Free for free, slave for slave, woman for woman… However, should the criminal be forgiven by the sibling of the victim against compensation, then the criminal must fulfill the tradition and recompense at its best. This is a relief and a mercy from our Rabb. Whoever transgresses, the painful punishment will be for him/her.

  • When death is upon one of the believers, if he leaves a charity/wealth, it has been made a liability to distribute it, as a right for those who are under the guardianship of Allah, to his parents and closest relatives, in accordance with the tradition.

  • Whoever changes this heritance after having been informed thereof, the sin pertaining thereto will be upon those who have changed it. Surely, Allah is the Most Hearing, the Most Knowing.

  • Whoever fears that the testator may make a mistake or commit a sin and corrects that which is between them, there will be no sin for him. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • Women are outfits of men and men are outfits of women.

  • Believers must not utilize their goods among themselves for superstitious reasons.

  • It is unthinkable that believers utilize their goods for a reason other than the righteous path. Responsibility of the actions taken must not be forgotten.

  • Humans must not transfer some of their properties to the judges and give them as bribe consciously and in order to utilize them through sins.

  • One of the illnesses of humans is that they give bribes to judges in order to get their businesses done having been aware that this is a sin. Such behaviors are the enemy of justice.

  • Hajj and fast must be conducted according to the month calendar.

  • It is not being a “righteous man” to enter homes from behind/adopting religious principles other that those that belong to Allah. Yet, being a “righteous man” is to surrender under the guardianship of Allah. Then, people must enter their homes through the doors; live the religion within the frame which Allah has drawn. And they are to surrender under the guardianship of Allah so that they may be successful and may be saved.

  • Believers must fight those who fight against them for the cause of Allah; die and kill. And they must never transgress at war. Surely, Allah does not like the transgressors.

  • Believers must kill those who fight against themselves wherever they seize them, evacuate them from where they evacuate others.

  • Averting people from the religion; forcing them to associate others with Allah, to consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb is worse than to kill.

  • Believers must not fight by Masjid al-Haram; the untouchable theological education center unless they fight them. Should they fight them despite this, they are to be killed immediately. Thus is the punishment of those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb. However, if they forsake, one should know that Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • Believers must fight them until the activity of averting people from the religion; forcing them to associate others with Allah, to consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, is eliminated completely and the religion belongs to Allah. But, should they forsake, animosity will be for none but those who are unjust to their very souls.

  • While believers do not force humans in terms of religion, it is more cruel crime for those deniers to attempt intensely to avert people from the religion than killing a person. It is also a substantial cruelty to wish that a corrected society becomes subject to manipulation/destruction. Allah whishes that such cruelty must certainly be eliminated.

  • The prohibited month is for the haram [forbidden] month. And all immunity/binding provisions are for each other. And whoever attacks believers, then believers are to attack him in the same way.

  • That which given as charity/from wealth; time, knowledge are to be for the parents, closest relatives, orphans, the poor and travelers who were unable to continue. And whatever the charity people do, indeed Allah is the Most Knowing about it.

  • Although war is not pleasant, it has been given the Muslims as a liability. The Muslims may like that which is better for them. And also they may not like that which is bad and harmful for them. And Allah knows but humans do not know.

  • Fighting during that untouchable month is a great sin. And forbidding from the path of Allah, consciously denying/overlooking Him and Masjid al-Haram/theological education center and evacuating the people of Masjid al-Haram; those who are educated there and those who attend short-term education is a greater evil in the opinion of Allah.

  • Averting people from the religion; forcing them to associate others with Allah and denying the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb is a greater sin than murder.

  • If they can, deniers would never hesitate to fight believers to avert them from their religion. And whoever from among the believers turns away from his/her religion and dies as a person who consciously denies the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, all his/her good deeds have become vain in the world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife]. And they are the Companions of the Fire. They shall abide there eternally.

  • In that which confuse/intoxicate and the games of chance is great sin yet some benefit for the people. But in the world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife], their sin is greater than their benefit.

  • People carrying out public duties must act with principles and must not slacken their duties.

  • Surplus commodities must be spent on the path of Allah.

  • Conditions of orphans must be improved. They must be made siblings.

  • Policies of the people of the Valley of Ants and Queen of Sheba must be learned well: In the periods during which they do not have strength, people must not endanger themselves.

  • The areas where the activities of aversion from religion are conducted must be intervened with.

  • International relations and wars must be conducted only for the name of Allah: they must not be with the purpose of interests, pillage, looting, and exploitation.

  • Those people in need of protection and help must be provided with job.

  • Women who associate others with Allah do not marry until they believe. A believing slave woman under the dominion of the infidels is better than a woman who associates others with Allah, -even if you like her-.

  • And women must not marry men who associate others with Allah until they believe. A believing slave man under the dominion of the infidels is better than a man who associates others with Allah, -even if you like him-. Those who associate others with Allah invite to the fire, Allah, on the other hand, invites to Jannah [Heaven/Paradise] and forgiveness with His knowledge. Thus discloses He His Ayat so the people may take the admonition and contemplate.
  • No sexual intercourse is conducted when women are in menstruation because it is cruelty.
  • Women are fields/a culture for the society. Women are both the educator and producer of the society. Members of a society are trained by women before everything.
  • Humans must create goodness and beauty as they have the opportunity to do so at hand. They must provide their goodness before they die and surrender under the guardianship of Allah. A person must be aware that he/she will meet Allah.

  • People must not make Allah an obstacle for them to be a righteous person, to surrender under the guardianship of Allah, to make peace among people and for their oaths; they must not say, “I would do it but I have sworn upon Allah so I cannot break my oath.”

  • Allah does not hold believers responsible for their vain talk in their oaths; yet He holds them responsible for their intended deeds. Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Indulgent.

  • Those who take an oath to abstain from their wives in plotting cruelty against her must wait four months. Then, if they return, surely Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • If a decision has been taken for divorce, surely Allah is the Best Hearing, the Best Knowing.

  • Divorced women, if they believe in Allah and the Akhirat [Afterlife], it is not permissible for them to hide that which Allah has created in their wombs. They must tell they are pregnant.

  • Divorced women must not hide pregnancy whatever the reason is. This is the violation of the father’s right. Such behavior is certainly held accountable.

  • Divorce is twice. Beyond that, it is necessary to either keep in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all or release with amendment. It is not halal [permissible] for believers to take back that which they have given. Yet, it is different when both of them fear lest they are unable to keep within the limits of Allah. But, public officials; if they fear they are not able to keep within the limits of Allah, then there is no sin upon both of them if the woman gives ransom/divorce compensation. These are the limits of Allah. People must not go beyond them. Whoever go beyond the limits of Allah are the ones who are unjust to their very souls.
  • When there is the fear lest they are unable to get on well; the judge realizes the divorce on condition that the woman givesransom/divorce compensation.

  • For the disintegration of a family by divorce, the resolution is taken by the courts. Considering the rights of the parties, people with problems are not let go into the public and the inconveniences are kept in minimum levels.

  • When people divorce their wives and they complete their abstinence terms, they must either keep them under acceptable conditions or release them again under acceptable conditions, but they must not keep them violating their rights.

  • Divorce is a fact that takes place in every society. When people divorce their wives and they complete their abstinence terms, they must either keep them under acceptable conditions or release them again under acceptable conditions, but they must not keep them violating their rights. Rendering women deprived of sustenance and their rights and acting them cruelly is not a deed of believers.

  • When people divorce their wives and they complete their abstinence terms and when they concluded their affairs with their husbands in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all, they must not forbid and prevent them from marrying their husbands. This is the instruction for those who believe in Allah and the Akhirat [Afterlife]. This is more appropriate and better for humans.

  • Mothers –who want to complete the weaning term- may breastfeed their children for two years. The father, whose child is being breastfed, is liable to provide sustenance and clothing for those who breastfeed his child in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all. Everyone is liable within his capacity. And people must not harm a mother because of her child and a father because of his child. Successors of the father are liable in the same way.

  • Allah includes principles that protect the rights of mothers, fathers, and children in the best accurate manner in the Qur’an. No one is treated unjustly.

  • If mother and father agree for weaning, there is no sin upon both of them.

  • If they wish to have their children breastfed by a wet nurse, there is no sin upon them if they entrust their children in compliance with the tradition/in a way acceptable for all.

  • And there is no sin if a man makes a hint of betrothal to the women whose husband has died or keeps it to himself. Indeed, Allah knows that men would remember them. But they must not promise each other in secrecy other than in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all. And they must not make the final decision for marriage until the end of the abstinence term.

  • If women divorce without being touched or without /determining for them bride wealth, there will be no sin. And it is necessary to provide them with compensation. Wealthy must give according to his capacity and the poor must give according to his capacity. This compensation is a liability upon those who do good deeds in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all

  • If the women who divorce before being touched them and if they already have determined the bride wealth, then the compensation amount will be the half of the bride wealth. Unless the women or the one who holds the marriage covenant/her protector releases it. And being released is to be closer to be under the guardianship of Allah. And the graciousness between them must not be forgotten.

  • In the Qur’an, many orders with regard to marital bride price and indemnity were explained in many pages. People must carefully think about the principles that constitute the basis of a healthy society.

  • Those married men who will die leaving behind wives should give an amount from their wealth as bequest that is sufficient for them to live off for one year without being taken out of their homes. But if they leave of their own accord, then there will be no sin upon them for what they have done in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all.

  • And as for divorced women, those of them who are under the guardianship of Allah are upon a benefit/alimony in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all.

  • People must not treat the Ayat of Allah as jest. In the divorce cases, the laws of Allah enacted for the benefits of humans must not be violated and applications must not be conducted in the manner that as if they mock the verses.

  • A war must be waged on the way of Allah. It must be known that surely Allah is the Best Hearing, the Best Knowing.

  • Whoever gives Allah a good loan and Allah may return it in many times over. Allah restricts and also gives in abundance. And humans shall be returned only to Him.

  • When religion is in danger and there is the case of expelling from the country, war becomes mandatory. Little number of sincere and trained believers overcomes thousands of masses.

  • Believers must not fight the enemy being close to them; they must fight them from afar. The passage of Talut- Calut and David in the Qur’an must be learned and digested well.
  • Those people who believe in Allah’s Ayat must fight for Allah when necessary. It is not important whether the number of the believers is little or not. What is important is that it is possible that a handful of believers can defeat a huge army. There are many examples of this in the history.
  • Richness must not be determinative in terms of administrative qualification. In terms of administrative qualification, scientific knowledge, physical structure, age condition, and health condition must be taken into account.

  • If Allah did not control some people by having them fight to others, the Earth would have been corrupted. Thus, war has been rendered legitimate.

  • There is no compulsion and repulsion in the religion; faith has been separated clearly from the denial of the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb; good from evil, beauty from ugliness, truth from perversion. Then, whoever curses Taghut; denies it and believe in Allah, he grasps a handle that never breaks. Allah is the Most Hearing, the Most Knowing.

  • If people give their Sadaqah [Charity] openly, it is good; yet if they provide the poor with it in secrecy, it is better for the giver and it will remove some of their sins. And Allah is aware of the deeds.

  • Only for the people’s sake is what they spend from their wealth for the cause of Allah/to provide sustenance first for their relatives and then others. And they spend only to seek countenance of Allah. And whatever they spend for charity will be recompensed fully. And no one shall be treated with injustice.

  • Charity for the cause of Allah is for the poor who cannot travel across the Earth, who devote themselves to the path of Allah. Because of their modesty, those who do not know about them assume that they are wealthy. –You know them by their signs.- They are not insolent to demand anything from the people. And whatever believers give as charity, they must be aware that Allah is the Most Knowing about it.

  • As for those who give charity from their wealth openly or in secrecy; their reward is with their Rabb. And there is no fear for them nor will they grieve.

  • Those who enjoy the Riba [Interest; income that is earned without risk, effort] will not stand other than the standing of a man who is struck by the touch of Satan. That is because they say: “Trade is like usury.” But Allah made trade halal [permissible] but the Riba [Interest] haram [forbidden].

  • Whoever receives the admonition from his Rabb and refrains from what he does, his past is for him and his affairs rest with Allah. And those who return, then they are the Companions of the Fire. And they shall abide there eternally.

  • Allah removes the Riba [Interest] and increases the Sadaqah [Charity]. Allah does not like those transgressors, the ungrateful and the sinners.

  • Surely, the reward of those who believe, do good deeds, perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] and give zaqat/tax will be with their Rabb. And there will be no fear for them nor will they grieve.

  • If the persons who claim to be believers are believers, they must surrender under the guardianship of Allah and give up what remains of Riba [Interest].
  • If they fail to do so, then they must be aware that they shall be fought and defeated; devastated by Allah and His Messenger. If they repent, then their capital will be theirs. The ones who do not behave unjustly are not treated unjustly.
  • If the debtor is in hardship, he/she must be given a respite until he/she is relieved! If known, it is better for them to give it as charity.
  • Believers must be indebted with a particular determined term and must sign a deed between them. And a clerk (notary) from among them is to record it in justice. And that clerk must not avoid recording as taught by Allah.
  • The debtor must dictate and surrender under the guardianship of Allah and not diminish the debt. If the debtor is illiterate, naïve or not capable of dictating, then it is necessary to let one of his relatives dictate in justice. And it is necessary to have two men as witnesses. And if there are not two male witnesses available, then it is necessary to take a man and two women –so in the case one of them forgets-errs the other may remind her- they accept as witnesses.
  • Witnesses must not refuse when they are summoned for hearing or a transaction.
  • Whether the debt is small or large, people must not be weary to note it down in timely manner. This is more just in the opinion of Allah and is stronger and more appropriate than testimony of witnesses.
  • Believers must be careful about in terms of indebtedness and all the debts must be recorded. All the businesses must be done without prejudice and in a sound manner and no one must be subject to injustice.
  • A trade between parties that will be immediately handed over, a trade paid in advance, is excluded; then there is no problem if they fail to record this.
  • It is necessary to take witnesses when commercial exchanges are conducted and ensure that no clerk or witness is harmed. If they suffer harm, then it would be a disobedience that would touch them. It is necessary to surrender under the guardianship of Allah. Allah teaches them and Allah is the All Knowing.
  • If on a journey and a clerk cannot be found, a pledge of an asset against the debt should be made. And if there is entrustment [the pledged asset] between the parties, then the trustee should release his trust and he must surrender under the guardianship of Allah.

  • One must not hide testimony. Whoever hides the testimony, his/her heart is a sinner indeed. And Allah is the Most Knowing of deeds.

  • Witnessing is an obligation that must be conducted. Witnessing must be conducted whatever the result it yields is.

  • Allah never charges above one’s capacity/with a burden that one cannot cope with. Whatever everyone earns is for and against them and whatever they do is for and against their own good.

  • Believing persons must not be the herd of each other. Shepherd-herd relation must not be established with anyone; everyone must be honorable individuals.

  • No one else can be more wrong to their very souls than those who forbid and strive to demolish the schools, where Allah is remembered lest they should utter the name of Allah. They can only enter those schools where Allah is introduced-taught with fear. Disgrace will be for them on the Earth. And there will be a great punishment for them in the Akhirat [Afterlife].

  • The schools where Allah is introduced and taught are must for the believers. Closure of such schools and prevention of education mean the end of that society. Believers must protect such schools even in return of their lives and ensure that they are maintained active.

  • In regards to war, many verses were sent down by Allah in the Qur’an. Allah did this only to give Muslims the good tidings and so their hearts may be pacified. And the help is only with Allah. No doubt Allah, the most supreme, the strongest, the most Honorable, Unbeatable/Absolute Victorious, Best Lawmaker, the One Who Precludes Corruption the Best/the One Who Makes Incorruptible the Best.
  • In a legitimate war, a solider is not considered a murderer. Responsibility belongs to the authority. It is Allah Who fires guns and kills in a war waged for the sake of Allah.

  • Hypocrites, regardless of the extent of whether they are give good deeds for a show and they become the trustees in the charity organizations and foundations, will be punished by Allah. Their help and support consist of applaud and commercial. The trustees who will not be punished are only the persons who surrender under the guardianship of Allah.

  • Those who spend their wealth to forbid people from the path of Allah will spend it anyway. Then they will repent and be defeated so Allah may separate the impure from the pure and pile and gather the impure and throw them into Jahannah [Hell]. And those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb shall be gathered in Jahannah [Hell]. They are the losers, the sufferers.

  • These types of persons must be given the following message: “if you desist from what they do, then their previous sins will be forgiven. Should you return, the rules applied to the previous people with a leader will remain effective.” This principle must be applied for such persons.

  • If the denying enemies are found in a war, humiliating, they must be dispersed along with all the men behind them so they may take lesson.
  • If people have the fear of betrayal, they must be notified that the covenant has been annulled in the same manner. Surely, Allah does not like betrayers.

  • During a war, the enemy must be rendered ineffective and the hearts of their helpers and their friends must be given trepidation. They must be exiled and dispersed from their places, from their lands, in order not to allow them to inflict a threat for the believers again.

  • Believers must, in order to intimidate their own enemies and their own enemies, regardless of whether they know them or not, prepare the most advanced level modern warfare and tools, air fleet, airplane carriers, intercontinental missiles, etc. and they must provide the allowances required in this regard.

  • Believers must be careful and alert. They must be prepared as if there would be a war anytime. Believers must prepare their tactics and strategic plans in terms of the worst scenario. Believers must always be ahead of their enemies and, using science and technical possibilities, the army must be equipped using the strongest, the most modern weapons. This way, they could be the deterrent force for all the infidels, their supporters and helpers in the world.

  • If enemies wish peace, believers must acknowledge peace as well. And the result must be left to Allah. Surely, Allah is the Best Hearing, the Best Knowing.

  • Should the believers spend all that is on the Earth, they could not bring their hearts together. Yet Allah brought their hearts together. Surely, Allah is the Most Supreme, the Strongest, the Most Honorable, Unbeatable/Absolute Victorious, the Best Lawmaker, the One Who Precludes Corruption the Best/the One Who Makes Incorruptible the Best.
  • The One Who brings together the believers from different personalities, groups, and a community is Allah. Some of them were enemies of each other before but Allah brought their hearts together with a strong tie. Who else other than Allah can realize this?
  • Those who have the order must encourage believers to fight. If twenty of the believers can have patience, they can defeat two hundred. And if hundred of them can, then they can defeat a thousand of those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb because they are a people who do not understand.
  • Allah has relieved the distress of the believers and He knows that there is weakness within them. Therefore, if one hundred of them can have patience, they can defeat two hundred of them. And if a thousand of them can, then by the will of Allah, they can defeat two thousand. And Allah is with those who have patience.
  • It is not appropriate for a prophet and believers to take prisoners during a war unless he establishes his dominion on the Earth; subdues his enemies and prevails in the war.
  • The booties obtained are halal and nice to be utilized.

  • Believers must, to the people among the captives in their hands, say: If Allah sees any good within your hearts, He will give you better than that which has been taken from you and forgives your sins. And Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful,” in order to invite them to Islam.

  • If prisoners intended to betray the believer administrator/commander, they should know that they have betrayed to Allah so Allah has given the believers more opportunities over them. And Allah is the Most Knowing,Best Law-Maker, the One Who Precludes Corruption the Best/the One Who Makes Incorruptible the Best.

  • Those who have believed, emigrated from their lands, fought with their lives and wealth for the cause of Allah and sheltered and helped those who are in need; aye, some of them are helpers, guides and protectors of others. And as for those who have believed and not yet emigrated, they shall not have guidance until they emigrate. And if they demand help in the name of religion, it is necessary to help them unless it would not harm a people with whom there is a contract. And Allah is the Most Seeing of the deeds.

  • Those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb are helpers, guides and protectors of each other. And if the believers do not do that as well; if they do not protect [be helpers, guides and protectors] each other as the believers, there will be a great chaos in the world and efforts to avert people from the religion will emerge.

  • Believers must not take those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb as their helpers, guides, guardians/make them leaders, entrust their lives to them. And whoever does that, he/she will not have any help from Allah, except when guarding against them. Allah makes them abstain from Him. And existence/the final destination is only to Him.

  • There must be a group of people with a leader from among the members of a society who invite all to good, instruct good deeds that are accepted by all, preclude evil via Wahy [Revelation] and common sense. Those who apply this principle are the ones who will reach salvation.

  • Believers must not make friends with those who are not equal level with them. They would not hesitate to harm the believers. They wish the believers to be under distress. Their hatred appears from their mouths. And greater is that which they hide within their hearts. Should they reason, Allah has already disclosed the Ayat/evidence/signs.

  • Believers are such people who love them but they do not love the believers, believers believe in all Scriptures but they only say, “we believe” when they meet the believers but when they are alone, they bite the tips of their fingers because of their hatred. Let them die/down with their hatred!” Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing of the essence of the hearts.

  • They despise when the believers are done a favor and when evil touches the believers, they rejoice. If they have patience and surrender under the guardianship of Allah, their deception can never harm believers. Surely, Allah surrounds them with their own deeds.

  • Cruelty of the people who say words to their wives like “You are like my mother’s back to me,” one of the old traditions of the Arabs in order to stay away from her and act against her cruelly, must be prevented. By doing this, wives are not considered to be mothers.

  • Adopted children are not considered real children. This is an acceptance of humans. Allah tells the truth and guides to the Righteous Path. Adopted children must be called with a reference to their own fathers; this is more righteous for Allah. If their fathers are not known, they are siblings in religion and the persons who are related through a covenant.

  • Other than the things conducted in a planned and programmed manner, in the things done by mistake, there is no obligation. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

  • The Prophet’s wives are the mothers of the believers.

  • And as for relatives; they are all same in the decree of Allah, -except for treating your protectors in a manner that is acceptable for all- they are more privileged than the believers and the emigrants. This is written in the Scripture.

  • When the wives of the Messenger considered a luxurious life, our Rabb sent down a message for them and warned them. This message also applies to the wives of the persons who are in public services, especially acting as administrators. Wives of the leaders of a believing society cannot live in a special status and luxurious life. On the contrary, they must lead a life in the manner that they act more carefully, more meticulously, and more ascetically than other people.

  • When Allah and His Messenger make a decision over a matter, no believing man or woman is free in their respective affairs. And whoever rebels against Allah and His Messenger has clearly gone astray with perversion.

  • Marriage events of the Prophet, Zaynab, and Zayd must be learned by the believers well. With these events, a big revolution took place in the Arabic Law.

  • There would be no difficulty among the believers concerning the marriage of wives of adopted children when they have divorced.

  • Believers must not obey those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb and care about their annoyances. And they must rely unto Allah for their affairs. For Allah, the One Who “arranges all creatures according to a schedule and maintains, supports and implements that schedule” is sufficient for them.

  • The Messenger of Allah has been granted privilege in terms of marriage:

O Prophet! We have given you the permission [halal] to marry the concubines/prisoners of war who have been given you as booty of war, who are under your possession by covenant,

daughters of your uncles and aunts who have emigrated along with you.

and the believing women who devote themselves to Prophet and whom Prophet wishes to marry –only for you but not for anyone else-. We know/have declared before what We have imposed upon the believer concerning their wives and their concubines under covenant. This matter; provisions concerning the polygamy and all other respective provisions are set forth only as a convenience for you. And Allah is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful of the sins of His servants, He is the Possessor of Vast Mercy.

You can leave behind whomever of them and take whomever of them with you. Should you wish to return to those of them whom you desire, there will be no sin upon you. This is the way closest to the best for them so they may be content and not grieve and be grateful for what you give them. Allah knows what is within your hearts. Allah is the Most Knowing, the Indulgent.

From now on, women and replacing these women with other women –even though you are pleased with their beauty- is made haram [forbidden] to you. Except for those whom your covenant possesses/the prisoners who are given under your command; you can marry to them. Allah observes and supervises all things.

  • Some codes of conducting politely were taught to the believers in their relations with the Prophet:

O you who have believed! Enter Prophet’s house only when you are invited for dinner –without considering the time-. When you are invited, enter right away. And when you finish your meal, leave immediately. Do not wait, expecting a conversation. Surely, this would annoy the Prophet and he is shy to dismiss you. Allah is never shy of the Truth/reality. Should you ask his wives for something, ask it behind the curtain/without entering their room. It is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is absolutely not appropriate for you to annoy the Prophet and marry to his wives after he has passed away. This is an enormity in the eye of Allah.

There is no sin upon wives of the Prophet concerning their fathers, sons, brothers, sons of their brothers, sons of their sisters, women and those whom their covenant possesses. –And you/wives of the Prophet; surrender under the guardianship of Allah.- Surely Allah is the Best Witness to all things.

  • Allah and His forces of nature/Ayat of the Qur’an that He has revealed support/help/protect the Prophet/the men of the Qur’an who continue the mission of the messenger. The believers must support/help/protect them as well and secure them with a complete safety!

  • Believers’ wives, daughters, and women must go out of their houses by wearing their outer clothes. They must not be a subject of sexual provocation with their clothes, manner of walking and speaking. This is more appropriate for them so they will not be recognized and behaved cruelly. Allah is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful.

  • Surely, should the infidels and those ill-hearted, malicious people and those who made mischief in Medina not desist to their evil deeds, Allah will surely curse them and inflict believers upon them. Then, they cannot be the neighbors of the believers there for a long time; as with the implementation of Allah upon those who have passed away, they shall be seized and slain wherever they are found. No one will find an alteration on the law/implementation of Allah.

  • Believers must not secretly like the persons who deny the rightful things from Allah and become enemies to Allah and themselves, in order to earn the approval of Allah, they must not acquire helpers, leaders, protective acquaintances from them /they must not appoint them as administrators. These deniers try to expel the believers because they believe in their Rabb Allah when they find the opportunity to do so. And whoever does this has certainly gone astray from the righteous path.

Should the enemies seize the believers, they will become the believers’ enemies and they extend their hands and tongues with evil. And they wish that the believers would “blaspheme; consciously deny/disbelieve the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb.”

  • Allah does not forbid believers from doing favor to those who do not fight them for religion and drive them out of their lands and treating them with justice. Surely, Allah likes those who are just.
  • Allah only forbids the believers to make their Wali [Protector, supervisor, leader] those who fight them for religion and drive them out of their lands. And whoever makes them Wali has certainly done wrong; acted against their own good.
  • When believing people come to the country of the Muslims as immigrants on the basis of religion, they must be questioned right away. –Allah knows their faith better.- If believers know that they are truly believers, they must not send them back.
  • And they are not halal [permissible] to disbelieving ex-husbands as well. It is necessary to compensate their disbelieving ex-husbands for their expenses. And there is no sin upon to marry them as long as they given the bridal wealth.
  • Those who take shelter among the Muslims must be observed and questioned. Consent is not granted for sending back the deniers who are determined to be one of the believers in the interrogation.
  • The expenditures of the believing women who have taken refuge are given to the counterparty and their marital connection is terminated. Their marriage takes place with granting their bride wealth back to them.
  • Those women who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb are not maintained in marriage. The bride wealth/ expenses are demanded back. And they should demand their expenses back as well. This is the decree of Allah. Only He can judge among the believers, Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.

  • Should one of his wives leaves him for a man who consciously denies the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, the believer is compensated for his expenses for that woman. Believers must surrender under the guardianship of Allah in Whom they believe.

  • Should believing women and men come, swearing for loyalty, pledging that they will not associate others with Allah, and they will not steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill their children, nor bring about a slander that they invent between their hands and their feet, nor rebel against such matter that are acceptable for all/compliant with Wahy [Revelation], it is necessary to take their oath of loyalty right away and ask Allah for them His forgiveness. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful

  • Believer women and men must swear for loyalty, pledging that they will comply with the principles of the Qur’an.

  • Believers must not make the people whom Allah has punished their Wali [leader, supervisor]. They have despaired of the Akhirat [Afterlife] as those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb have despaired of the companions of the grave.

  • It is necessary to give orphans their wealth, not to exchange pure for impure, not to consume their wealth, adding it to the personal commodities. This is surely a great sin.

  • If people fear for their orphans concerning injustice; then they are to marry to the women of the orphans/the women who are obliged to care for orphans two, three, four at a time. Should they fear that they cannot maintain justice, they are to marry to one of them or the woman who is under their command under laws. This is the most appropriate way for them not to commit injustice.

  • In the marriage with the women of the orphans conducted upon the resolution of the public authority, it is must to give women of orphans their bride wealth graciously. And if they willingly give a portion of their wealth, it can be consumed without hesitation.

  • Their wealth is not given to those weak-minded/immature orphans, which Allah has given humans to survive. They are given their sustenance and clothed from that wealth. And words are spoken to them in the manner that is compliant with the tradition/acceptable for all.

  • The orphans are matured through a strict education until their age of marriage. Then, if it is felt that they have reached the puberty/maturity age, their goods are delivered to them forthwith.

Their goods are not wasted, distributed or spent for interests as they yet need to grow up.

  • The public sector that is responsible for all the rights of orphans must provide them with education until the age of marriage, track to see if they have reached the puberty and age of marriage, and ensure that the path to marriage is paved for them. This way, it is ensured that they manage their own properties.

  • Wealthy guardian of the commodities of an orphan cannot make use of such commodities. If the guardian is poor, consent is given that such guardian utilizes the property of the orphan to some extent that is generally accepted.

  • When the commodities of the orphans are delivered to them, a witness is hired and a document is drawn up.

  • And male orphans have a share in that which their parents and relatives have left as heritage. And female orphans also have a share, less or more, in that which their parents and relatives have left as heritage.

  • When relatives, orphans and poor are present during the allocation of heritage, a share is given to them and a word is told to them in a manner that is compliant with the tradition/acceptable for all.

  • Allah warns humans in terms of orphans with the following message:

Those who fear that they would leave a weak lineage after them should fear! And let them surrender under the guardianship of Allah and speak of the truth. Surely, those who unjustly consume the wealth of the orphans will surely eat fire into their bellies. And they shall soon burn in the blazing fire of Jahannah [Hell].

And those who fear that they would leave a weak lineage after them should fear! And let them surrender under the guardianship of Allah and speak of the truth. Surely, those who unjustly consume the wealth of the orphans will surely eat fire into their bellies. And they shall soon burn in the blazing fire of Jahannah [Hell].

  • Allah has determined inheritors for all things which are inherited by parents and relatives.
  • To those who are bound by their oaths; to whom they owe a debt by verbal, bonded, legal contract and who are made inheritors by testament; their shares are given right away. Surely, Allah is the Best Witness to all.
  • Allah imposes upon believers liabilities concerning their children as a distribution from Allah: Share of a man equals the shares of two women. If they are more than two in number, all of them being women, then a third of that which has been left. If there is only one female child, her share is the half of it. If the deceased had children along with parents, each parent receives a sixth; if the deceased had no children but his parents inherits his wealth, then mother receives a third. If the deceased had siblings, mother receives a sixth. Then rates become valid after the will of the deceased fulfilled and all his debts are settled. You cannot know whether your father or children are closer to you in terms of benefit. Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.

They demand from you a decree about those who have no children/no first degree descendants. Say: “Allah will give you the ruling you are asking for.” When a man who has no children but a sister dies, half of the wealth he has left belongs to his sister. And if sister has no children, her brother becomes her heir. If the childless heritor has two sisters, they will have a third of his wealth. If the childless heritor has both brothers and sister, then brothers will have the share of two sisters. Allah makes it clear so you may not divert and Allah is the Most Knowing.

If your wife has no children, half of that which she has left is yours. If she has one child, then a quarter of the wealth she has left that is remaining after a bequest and her debts are deducted. If you die without children, a quarter of that which you have left belongs to your wives. Of you have children, then your wives will have an eighth of that which you have left after your bequest and debts are deducted. If the deceased, a man or woman, has no spouses, children or parents but brothers or sisters, each of them will have a sixth of that which you have without any loss whatsoever after your bequest and debts are deducted. If siblings are more than that, these siblings will share a third. These are liabilities imposed by Allah. And Allah is the Most Knowing and the Most Indulgent.

.

  • Allah has sent humans the principles that ensure the social justice in terms of inheritance and will, that protect the rights of orphans, children, women, and rightful persons, in the Qur’an. The differences between the Arab society prior to the Qur’an and the Arab society subsequent to the Qur’an must be scrutinized well. The Qur’an sent by Allah has transformed the Arab society.

  • The persons who have believed must not consume their wealth among themselves unjustly –except for business they make with their own agreement; this equals to killing themselves.

  • When the wives of the Messenger considered a luxurious life, our Rabb sent down the following message:

Prophet! Say to your wives: “If you desire this simple worldly life and its deluding adornments, let me pay you a compensation for divorce and release you in a good manner. If you desire Allah and His Messenger and the last settlement, then Allah has surely prepared for those among you who do good deeds a great reward.”

O women of the Prophet! Should one of you commit a blatant, abominable immorality, her punishment will be doubled. And it is easy for Allah. And whoever of you is devout and shows respect to Allah and His Messenger and do good deeds, her reward will be doubled. And He has prepared for her a supreme provision.

O women of the Prophet! You are not like any other woman; should you surrender under the guardianship of Allah, speak modestly so those ill-minded; malicious people may not be tempted. Speak in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all. Be modest at your houses, do not make a display after first such display done out of ignorance, perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community], give zaqat/tax, obey Allah and His Messenger. –O Ahl al-Bayt [Companions of the House]! Truly, Allah wishes to purify and clean you.- And remember the Ayat of Allah that are recited in your homes and also the laws, rules, principles that are set forth to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos. Surely, Allah is the Most Gracious, the Most Knowing of that which is hidden, and He knows the mysteries and secrets of all things.”

  • Humans must not behave respectfully first to the others surrounding them; behave respectfully first to Allah, and then them.

  • There is no obstacle upon the Prophet concerning that which Allah has imposed upon him as the implementation of Allah upon those who have passed away; those who fulfill their duties as messengers of Allah, who fear Him in respect and love and knowledge and who fear none but Allah with respect, love and knowledge. Command of Allah is a specified and predetermined destiny. Allah is sufficient as Reckoner.

  • Those who torture the believing men and women for that which they have not done; they have burdened with slander and a clear sin.

  • Slandering to the believers is of course a very substantial. Accusation and punishment of humans for a thing that they did not do and acting cruelly against them bring along a huge punishment.

  • Allah spread the trust [unity, perfection, flawlessness] over the Heavens and the Earth but they denied bearing it and they feared that the unity, perfection and flawlessness would be taken away. And mankind bore it [took it away, betrayed it]. Surely, mankind did wrong; acted against their own good and were ignorant.

  • For those of women who have transgressed/commit sexual abominations, become lesbians, it is necessary to bring four witnesses against them; if the witnesses testify, then it is necessary to keep those women in the house until death reminds them that which they did in the past and that which they failed to do while being obliged to or Allah sets forth for them a solution.
  • Two males who act in sexually transgressed manner and as homosexuals must both be behaved harshly. If they repent and become straightforward, it is necessary to stay in a distance from them. Allah is the Most Accepting of repentances, the One Who gives many chances to repent, the Most Merciful.

  • It is not halal [permissible] for the believers to forcibly inherit women/forbidding them to divorce them in order to consume their wealth. It is not halal to treat them harshly to get back that which given to them unless they have committed prostitution [abominable immorality/adultery]. And it is necessary to maintain the relations with them in compliance with the tradition/in a manner that is acceptable for all. Even if they are not liked, Allah may make much good in that which they do not like

  • If a man wishes to replace one of his wives with another, he must not take back that which he has given to her, even though it is much in load. – Would you take it back as slander or a manifest sin? And when you are alone and intimate and they have taken a solemn covenant from you, how can you take back what you have given?-

  • Among women, step mothers married by their fathers cannot be married. Surely, it is a despicable immorality and a hated abomination. How an evil way it was!

  • Allah makes the following statement in terms of marriage:

And haram [forbidden] to you are your mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, daughters of your brothers, daughters of your sisters, your milk mothers who nursed you, your milk sisters, mothers of your wives, your step-daughters who were born of former husbands of your wives -with whom you have had sexual intercourse- and grew up in your household –there is no sin upon you if you have not had sexual intercourse with them-, wives of your biological sons and it has also been made haram [forbidden] to you to bind two sisters under your wedlock –except for that which has passed-, Also made haram [forbidden] to you are women who are already under wedlock/married, except for your concubines whom your covenant possesses. Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. These are what Allah has decreed upon you.

Beyond that, it has been made halal [permissible] for you to seek women to marry and give bride wealth from your wealth provided that you guard your chastity and not to commit prostitution. Then, whatever benefit you have obtained from them, provide them with compensation as an obligation. As long as you have fulfilled your obligation, there is no sin upon you whatsoever for what you commit by mutual agreement. Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing and He is the Maker of the laws, rules and principle to prevent injustice, mischief and chaos.

And whoever among you is not capable of marrying free believing women, they may marry to your believing young girls/concubines who have been given under your command within the laws. And Allah knows your faith better. You are from one another. Then, marry to those concubines who have been given under your possession, do not commit prostitution, have no secret lovers, with the consent of their relatives and give them their bride wealth. If they commit prostitution after they have married, then they will be punished with half of the punishment stipulated for free women. –This is for those of you who fear committing sins.- It is better for you to have patience. And Allah is the Most Forgiving of the sins of His servants, the One Who does not punish them and the Most Forgiving, He possesses Vast Mercy.

Allah wishes to make clear to you, guide you to the good practices of those before you and accept your repentance. And Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who Precludes Corruption Best/Makes Incorruptible.

And Allah wished to accept your repentance. As those who follow their lust wish you to go astray away from the righteous path with a great deviation.

Allah wishes you relieve from your burden. And surely man was created weak.

Muslims must develop and apply the marriage provisions in line with these verses.

  • Allah has created some traits in men and women with overindulgence from each other. For example, men are braver and more cold-blooded and stronger in regards to muscle power compared with women. Women have higher capacity of compassion, mercy, and politeness.

Hence the provision of the living of the women of a society is under men’s responsibility. Women must not risk themselves of harassment and rape in the pursuit of providing their own subsistence.

Righteous women obey Allah’s rule, they do not put themselves to the risk harassment and rape by being bigheaded. Women, for whom there is a fear of harassment and rape because of their stubbornness, are controlled by the public authority; they are given advice and they make them travel where they relax; within the borders of their lands and impose upon them pressure. If, upon this, they comply with the rules, no other ways against them are sought. Allah is the Most Exalted, the Sublime.

  • If fear is for the dissention between wife and husband, then upon them an arbitrator is sent from among the people of the husband and an arbitrator from among the people of the wife. If the wife and the husband intend to reconcile, Allah will fulfill their reconciliation. Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing, is Well Acquainted with that which is hidden within all things.

  • If a woman fears ill-temperament; cruelty or desertion from her husband, then there is no sin upon them to reconcile. And reconciliation is better for them.

  • A man will never be able to maintain justice among his wives no matter how hard he tries. Therefore, he must not incline towards one of them too much while leaving the other hanging.

  • If the husband and wife among them get separated by divorce, Allah will give them wealth from His blessings. And Allah is the Possessor of Vast and Eternal Knowledge and Mercy, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who Precludes Corruption Best/Makes Incorruptible.

  • Believers must not perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]/go in public until they are sober when they are intoxicated, until purified when they are ritually impure –travelers are exempted-.

If they are ill or travelling or have just come from the bathroom or contacted women and they could not find water, then they are to use a clean soil forthwith, then wipe their face and hands using their hands. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

  • Those who are impure/in ecstasy out of excessive lust must clean themselves over and over [engage in sexual intercourse, have orgasm and bathe].

  • If they are ill or travelling or if one of them has come out of bathroom or has physical contact with women/had sexual intercourse and could not find water to clean themselves, they must seek clean soil. Then they are to wipe their faces and hands with the clean soil using their hands.

  • Allah commands the believers to deliver their trusts to their due owners and when they judge among people, they must judge with justice. Surely, this is an excellent admonition Allah gives upon them. Surely, Allah is the Most Hearing, the Most Seeing.
  • The persons who have believed must obey Allah, the Messenger and masters/rulers among them.
  • Should people dispute among themselves about something; if they believe in Allah and the Akhirat [Afterlife], they must rely unto Allah and His Messenger about that matter; solution must be sought in the Qur’an. This is better and more appropriate in finding the best solution.
  • Believers take all kinds of precautions and set out against the enemies in large or small troops or all together.
  • When a calamity hits some among them lingering behind, they say: “Surely, Allah has done a favor to us so we were not witnessed with them.” But, if they come out triumphant, they say, “If only I were with them and enjoyed a great victory!” Then let those who would sell the simple worldly life against the Akhirat [Afterlife] fight for the cause of Allah. Whoever fights for the cause of Allah and gets killed or prevails; He will bestow him a great reward.
  • Those who believe do fight for the cause of Allah. And those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, on the other hand, fight for the Taghut [Idols]. Therefore, fight against the companions, helpers of Satan. Surely, weak is the plot of Satan.
  • Absolutely believers must not support the hypocrites and guide them in any matter whatsoever. And for whomever Allah leads astray no one can find a better way for him/her.
  • If they turn away from this, they must be seized and killed wherever they are found; friends or intercessors from among them must not be taken, except for those who have sought refuge in a nation with which the believers have a covenant or those who have sought refuge in them whose hearts are restrained from fighting the believers or their people. Then, had Allah wished so, He would surely have inflicted them upon the believers and they would have fought the believers. And if they keep away from the believers and do not fight them and offer them peace, Allah has not stipulated for the believers a way against them.

  • When those people acting together with the believers deny the Ayat of Allah because of the attitude of other persons or of being in cooperation with the cruel people, such infidels must be seized and killed wherever they are found by the believers, excluding those whose hearts are unwilling to fight against believers and who become one of the believers.

  • If those people who try to avert people from religion continue such activities, if they do not keep away from the believers and offer them peace and withdraw their forces, then the believers must seize and kill them right away whenever and wherever they find them. And this is a manifest authorization Allah has bestowed upon the believers.

  • It is strictly forbidden for the believers to kill other believers except when it is unintentional. And whoever from among the believers kills a believer by accident/unintentionally, that believer must free a believing slave and provide a compensation to be delivered to the family/heirs of the deceased. –Except for when the family of the deceased forsakes it.–

  • In the case the deceased is from an enemy people while still being a believer, then the one who has killed must free a believing slave. If the deceased is from a people with whom the believers have a covenant, the one who has killed must provide a compensation to be delivered to the family of the deceased and also free a believing slave. In the case the one who has killed is not capable of providing the compensations and freeing a slave, he must fast for two consecutive months so Allah may forgive him. Allah is the Most Knowing the Best Law-Maker.

  • Whoever intentionally [deliberately, on purpose] kills a believer, his punishment is to abide in Jahannah [Hell] eternally. And Allah will torture, curse him and deprive him of His mercy and He has prepared a great punishment for him.
  • When believers set out for a campaign for the cause of Allah, they must forthwith investigate meticulously. And they must not say to those who greet them: “You are not a believer,” considering the conveniences of the worldly life. There are many booties with Allah. They were like them before and Allah did them a favor. Therefore, they must investigate meticulously. Surely, Allah is aware of all deeds.
  • Not equal are the believers – other than those who have disabilities – who sit at their homes and those who make their best efforts for the cause of Allah, risking their wealth and lives. Allah has raised in degree those who make their best efforts, risking their wealth and lives over those who sit at their homes. And Allah has promised all of them the “most beautiful.” And Allah has prepared for those who make their best efforts a great reward; ranks from Himself, forgiveness and mercy. And Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • When a campaign of war is started in the world, if persons who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb are feared that they will harm the believers, then there will be no sin upon them if they restrict the Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] [finish the education-training earlier]. Surely, those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb are clear enemies to you

  • In a war ambiance, education and training are conducted in turns. While one group receives the lessons, another group ensures security.

  • When the education-training is completed, people remember Allah while standing, sitting or lying on their flanks. When they are in silence/safety, they perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]. Surely, Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] has been a decree cast upon the believers.
  • Believers must not slacken in pursuing the enemy. If the believers are suffering so are they. And believers expect from Allah that which they cannot. And Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.
  • Believers must not defend the betrayers. They must not support people who betray themselves as well. No doubt Allah does not like the sinners who are excessively into betrayal.
  • Fatwa of every issue must be taken from Allah. Fatwa of every issue like those with regard to caring of orphans or women are available in the Qur’an.
  • Believers must maintain/seek justice as the ones who testify for Allah even if it is against themselves, their parents and relatives. Poor or prosperous, it must be known that Allah is closer to both.

  • In order to ensure justice, vain-transitory desire must not be followed. Should they manipulate or refrain, they should also know that Allah is aware of what they do.

  • Believers do not take those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, who are lesser than themselves as their helpers, guides and protectors/do not appoint as their leaders. Those who do this give obvious evidence against themselves to Allah and meet their matches in the world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife] [Afterlife-].

  • Hypocrites would make mischief on the Earth and shatter blood ties among the believers if they had the authority to rule. They are the ones whom Allah has cursed, blinded their eyes and deafened.
  • Believers must not slacken and do not ask for peace while they are the prevailing party in a war. Allah is with them. And Allah will not let their deeds get lost.
  • This simple worldly life is just fun and games. Should people believe and surrender under the guardianship of Allah, Allah will reward them and will not demand from them their wealth.
  • Had Allah intended to demand from the believers their wealth and forced them for that, they would be stingy to do it. And He would have exposed their hatred.
  • Unless a people alter that which is in their very souls, Allah will not alter anything.

  • And if Allah casts evil upon a people, nothing can prevent it. And there are no helpers, guides and protectors for them from among the subordinates of Allah.

  • Believers must fight for Allah weakened men, women, and children who say “O our Rabb! Take us out of this land, people of which treat themselves unjustly, send us a protector, guide from Yourself.”

  • Whoever intercedes with good deeds and charity will have a share from his deeds. And whoever testifies, intercedes with evil or summons evil will surely have a share from the sins. Allah is the Omnipotent.

  • It is necessary to measure with justice and not to damage the scale/measurement/balance.
  • In divorces, iddet must certainly be taken into account.
  • When believers marry to believing women and divorce them without touching them, no abstinence term will be for them. They must be given the compensation and provided the possibility of continuing their lives comfortably. They must be released in a good manner.

  • As for those from among women whose menstrual cycle has been interrupted and who have not menstruated yet; the waiting term for them is three months. And the waiting term for those of them who are pregnant lasts until they deliver their burden; give birth or miscarriage. Whoever surrenders under the guardianship of Allah; Allah will facilitate his affairs       .
  • The divorced women must wait alone for three menstruation cycles. And should their husbands wish to reconcile, they have the right to do it within that period.

  • The women whose husbands have died wait themselves four months and ten days. And when this term ends, there will be no sin upon them [those who do and observe this] for what they do for themselves in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all.

  • They period during which the women whose husbands have died must wait as explained in the Qur’an in details. Our Rabb, Allah, is the Best Lawmaker.

  • People who divorce must certainly comply with Allah’s rules.

  • Divorced women must not be turned out of their homes unless they have committed a blatant transgression or immorality, and they must not be let leave their homes either. These are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah has treated herself/himself unjustly. Allah might bring about another matter, believers must be hopeful.

  • When they have reached the end of their term, people must either keep them in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all or part with them in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all.

  • It is necessary to take two just ones in this regard as witnesses. And testimony for Allah must be established. This is what those who believe in Allah and the Last Day are advised. And whoever surrenders under the guardianship of Allah, Allah will show him a way out and bestows upon Him blessings from a direction he least expects. And whoever relies unto Allah for his affairs, He is sufficient for him. Surely, Allah is the One Who fulfills His own promise. Allah has surely determined/set a limit for everything.

  • The women whose marriage ends with divorce must stay in the section of the place where she lives in line with what her husband can afford and must not treat them in a manner that may harm them. Nothing to inflict hardships and to be harmful to each other must be done.

  • The women whose marriage ends with divorce, if they are pregnant, must be given alimony/compensation until they deliver their burden.

  • If the women whose marriage ends with divorce nurse her children for her husband, their fee must be paid and they must counsel among themselves in compliance with the tradition/in a way that is acceptable for all. And if they suffer discord, then another woman should nurse and be paid by the father.

  • In divorces, those who have vast resources should spend/give alimony in accordance with their resources. And those who have restricted resources should give from that which is given to them by Allah. Allah never burdens a man over his capacity. Allah will bring about relief after every hardship.
  • The men and women who commit adultery must each be whipped for hundred times. If people believe in Allah and the Day of the Akhirat [Afterlife], they must not feel pity for them in the religion of Allah! And a group from among the believers must be witness to their punishment.

  • Those who accuse married free women of adultery and then failed to bring four witnesses thereof must be whipped eighty times and their testimony is not accepted ever after throughout their lives.
  • The men and women who commit adultery must be whipped for hundred times before public.
  • In order to prevent unjust accusation of adultery; those who accuse married free women of adultery and then failed to bring four witnesses thereof must be whipped eighty times and their testimony is not accepted ever after throughout their lives.
  • Those who accuse their wives of adultery but have no witnesses other than themselves; testimony of each of them is equal to that they testify four times that they tell the truth and the fifth time that they take Allah witness for His curse be upon them if they are liars.
  • Should women testify four times that their men are liars and take the fifth oath to take Allah witness that His curse be upon them if their men tell the truth, their testimony removes the punishment.
  • However, this excludes those who repent after slandering; confess their slandering and promise not to slander again and correct themselves. Then, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • The men who commit adultery do not marry to women who commit adultery or who associate others with Allah; and only the men who commit adultery or associate other with Allah marry to women with whom they committed adultery. And this; such a marital rule has been made haram [forbidden] to the believers.
  • Muslims must act cautiously in regards to events they have heard and know that such event can be slander.
  • The IFK event specified in the Qur’an must be learned by the believers well.
  • In the Qur’an, there are verses that contain the orders regarding adultery and the principles created by Allah to keep adultery away from the society in the beginning and able to correct those who can receive advice. In order to remove and eliminate adultery from the society, the Qur’an must be read.
  • Those who are unable to bring four witnesses in the claims regarding chastity are considered to be liars and slanderers.
  • The persons who wish and like the fact that extremes and lack of chastity expand along the believing persons are punished a painful wrath in this world and the Akhirat [Afterlife].
  • Those who accuse free, married and unaware believing women of adultery shall be cursed in this world and in the Akhirat [Afterlife]. And a great punishment will be for them.

  • On the day of the Qiyamat [Resurrection], slanderers’ tongues, hands and feet shall testify against them for their deeds. On that day, Allah will recompense them fully. And they will know that Allah is the Truth itself.

  • Evil women are for evil men and evil men are for evil women; pure women are or pure men and pure men are for pure women/evil words and evil deeds suit evil people. And good words and good deeds suit good people. They are the ones who are away from the utterances of the slanderers. Forgiveness and a noble provision will be for them.

  • Believers must marry the unmarried among them to the righteous among their male and female slaves. If they are poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty. Surely, Allah is the Possessor of vast Knowledge and Mercy, the Most Knowing.

  • Those people who are unable to find opportunity to get married must protect their chastity until Allah renders them wealthy from Himself. And those who have no opportunity to marry; it is necessary to let them guard their chastity until Allah enriches them from His bounty.

  • Among those who are under guardianship under the laws and who wish to sign a freedom contract/covenant, if goodness is seen for them, such contract/covenant must be entered into forthwith.

  • People must give upon them from the wealth Allah has bestowed upon them. And they must not compel their young ones who wish to be free or to marry, to repel/transgress, and they must be freed indeed. Whoever compels them to act like that should know that Allah is the Most Forgiving of their compulsion and the Most Merciful.

  • Humans must eat what is given as sustenance by Allah and feed the poor who suffer hardships.

  • Whoever shows respect to those whom Allah made untouchable; there will be blessings for him/her before his/her Rabb.

  • Those who are fought have been allowed to fight back since they have been treated unjustly; expelled out of their lands for saying, “Our Rabb is Allah!.”

  • And surely, Allah is the Only One Who can lead them to victory. Had Allah not eliminated some of the people with other people, and all the churches, masjids (mosques), and synagogue within which the name of Allah mentioned frequently would have been demolished.

  • Allah will surely help those who help Him. Surely, Allah is the Almighty, the All Prevailing. And to Him belongs the consequence of all matters.

Allah will surely help those who help Him –who perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] even though He has made them rich and wealthy, who give zaqat/tax, instruct that which is compliant with the tradition/that is acceptable for all and who forbid with Wahy [Revelation] and common sense that which is considered evil.

  • Allah has certainly heard the speech of the woman who argues with the Prophet about her husband and complains to Allah. Indeed, Allah hears the speeches of everyone. Surely, Allah is the Most Hearing and the Most Knowing.
  • The women they have divorced by Zihar are not their mothers. Their mothers are those women who gave birth to them. And surely, they speak evil and lies. And surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful.
  • Those who have divorced their wives by Zihar and then waived must free a slave before they have sexual intercourse with their wives. And whoever has not the opportunity to free a slave must fast for two consecutive months before having sexual intercourse. And whoever is unable to do this must feed sixty poor men. This is for people to believe in Allah and His Messenger. And these are the limits of Allah. And for those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb will be a painful punishment. Thus are the believers instructed. Allah is aware of what they do.

  • The persons who have believed! When they whisper with the Messenger (and a public attendant) [when they have a private conversation with him/receive special treatment from him], they are to give Sadaqah [Charity] before the conversation. This is better and purer for them. If they are not able to find the means to give charity, Allah surely is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful; those people without such means are not required to give charity (charge).

  • If two groups from among the believers are made to fight each other, it is necessary to make immediately peace between them. Should one of them attack the other, fight must be waged against the attacking side until they return to the command of Allah. And if they should return, peace must be made among them with justice and they must be treated justly. Surely, Allah likes those who act justly.

  • Believers are only brothers. Therefore, they must make peace between their brothers and surrender under the guardianship of Allah so they may receive mercy.
  • The persons who have believed must fulfill their covenants.
  • The persons who have believed must not disrespect the Ayat of Allah, the haram [forbidden] month, sacrifices/offerings sent to the pilgrims, bestowment, collars of the offering [marks attached to the sacrifices that are sent to the pilgrims/those who receive high theological education therein] and those who visit Bayt al-Haram/pilgrimage to seek for the favor and approval of their Rabb.

  • Believers must not let their hatred to a people for having forbidden them from visiting Masjid al-Haram provoke them to fight.

  • Halal [permissible] to the believers is to marry to and guard free believing women and free women from among the Companions of the Scripture before them, -on condition not to commit adultery and having secret lovers- as long as they provide bride wealth to them.

  • The persons who have believed, when they rise to perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]/go in public, must wash their faces and hands up to their elbows. They are to wipe over their heads and feet to their heels with their hands.

  • Believers must not let their hatred for a people lead them to injustice. They must be just for being just is being closer to be under the guardianship of Allah. It is necessary to surrender under guardianship of Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what is being done.

  • No one attempts to kill others.

  • There is no perfect crime; everyone would be caught sooner or later. Those who hide their crimes are like the crow that hides its food temporarily.
  • Allah has obliged the Israelites as follows: “Surely, whoever kills a person without compensating a mischief on the Earth will be like he has killed all the people. And whoever causes a person to survive will be like he has made all the people survive.”
  • Messengers brought the Israelites manifest evidence. Then, most of them became transgressors on the Earth.
  • Punishment of those who fight against Allah and His Messenger; who strive to inflict corruption and make mischief on the Earth –except for those who have repented before you prevail over them/seize and overpower them- is to kill them or hanging or cutting their feet and hands in opposite directions/one behind other or exile. This is for them a humiliation on the Earth. And a great punishment will be for them in the Akhirat [Afterlife]. Know that Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • As for the thieves, men or women; it is necessary to remove their strength/strengths in recompense for what they do as a preventive implementation of Allah.
  • The state must prevent the reasons underlying the theft events and eliminate them.
  • Whoever repents after being unjust and corrects it, he/she should know that Allah will surely accept his/her repentance. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
  • And whoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed; they are the infidels; they are the ones who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb.

  • Allah has ordained to them in the Torah, a soul for a soul, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth. And for wounds there is retaliation. But whoever waives his right of retaliation, it is expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed; they are the ones who do wrong; act against their own good.

  • Allah has revealed to Prophet Mohammed the Scripture/the Qur’an with the Truth that confirms, defends and protects a part of the Torah which it contains. Then, one must judge among them by that which Allah has revealed.

  • Those who do not rule complying with the scriptures brought by the messengers are those who transgressed from the righteous path.

  • The persons who have believed must not take helpers, guides and guardians from among the Jews and Nazarene/Christians. They are helpers, guides and guardians to each other. And whoever among them takes them as trustees [protector, supervisor, leader] is surely one of them. Surely, Allah will not guide a people who do wrong; act against their own good by associating others with Allah.

  • The persons who have believed must not acquire the persons who have been given a scripture before them and who deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, and the persons who mock and make fun of their religion, as their helpers, leaders, protectors, and administrators.

  • Allah will not hold humans responsible for their oaths they take unintentionally/utter out of habit. However, they will be responsible for the oaths they take intentionally/under covenant; ransom of this is to give as much food and clothing as ten times of that which they give their family. Or to free a slave. Those who have nothing to give must fast for three days. This is the compensation for the oaths they have breached. And one must be faithful to his/her oaths. Thus Allah makes clear for the believers His Ayat so they may be grateful.
  • The persons who have believed must not hunt preys when they are untouchable/fulfilling their pilgrimage. Whoever intentionally kills a prey, his fine will be a sacrifice beast equivalent to the one he has killed as an offering to be delivered to Kaaba/mea of sacrifice to be given as food so he may taste the consequence of his deed, -two just men will judge about this- or he will feed the poor or fast enough to compensate. Allah has forgiven what is past. But whoever repeats it, Allah will maintain justice by seizing and punishing him. And Allah is the Most Exalted, the Almighty, the Most Honorable, the Invincible/the Subduer, the Possessor of retribution by seizing and punishing.
  • When death is upon one of the believers, two just men from among them are witnesses to their bequest.

  • When they travel across the Earth and death has yet to seize them, two men who are not from among their people.

  • If people are in doubt, they are kept waiting after performing Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community]. Then they are made swear by Allah, saying: “He will not sell our oaths for a benefit, even to our relatives, and we will not hide the testimony of Allah. Otherwise, we will be among the sinners.”

  • Then, if it becomes clear that two witnesses have committed a sin, two of the heirs of the deceased, who are closer to him, will replace them and swear by Allah, saying: “Our testimony is more righteous than the testimony of two men we have replaced and we have not violated anyone’s rights. Otherwise, we will be among those who do wrong; act against their own good.”
  • Such an oath is the most appropriate/best way for them to testify properly or to fear lest their paths will not be accepted after they have taken. Surrender under the guardianship of Allah and heed. And Allah will not guide a disobedient people.
  • All the believers must learn about the Farewell Hajj well. Closing declaration of the Farewell Hajj is as follows. Believers must apply this ultimatum/absolute warning in the place where they are present:
  • An ultimatum, a decisive warning by Allah and His Messenger to those who associate other swith Allah, whom you have made a covenant:

“Travel across the Earth for four months more. And know that you are surely not to make Allah fail and surely, Allah is the One Who to disgrace those who consciously deny His Divinity and the fact that He is Rabb.”

And a declaration to the people from Allah and His Messenger stating that Allah and His Messenger have no ties with those who associate others with Allah, except for those who associate, with whom you have made covenant on the “greatest day of Hajj [Pilgrimage],” those who did not do any evil to you and those who never helped others against you: “If you repent, it would be better for you. And if you turn away, then know that you are not to make Allah fail.” Give those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb the tidings of a painful punishment! Then, fulfill your promises to them until their term is completed. Surely, Allah likes those who are under His guardianship.

And when untouchable months/months of Hajj have passed, kill those who associate others with Allah wherever you find them, seize them imprison them and wait for them at each observation point. But should they repent, perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] and give zaqat/tax, then let them free. Surely, Allah is the Most Forgiving of the sins of His servants, the One Who does not punish them, the Most Forgiving, the Possessor of Vast Mercy.

Should one of those who associate others with Allah beg for forgiveness, give him the chance to listen to the words of Allah. Then deliver him to his safety. This is because they surely are a people who do not know.

How can be a covenant between Allah and His Messenger and those who associate others with Allah other than those with whom you made a covenant near Masjid al-Haram? As long as oppose you, then you oppose them. Surely, Allah likes those who are under His guardianship.

How can it be? And had they prevailed over you, they would not have contemplated about an oath or a covenant about you. They try to delude you with their mouths but their hearts resist. And most of them are disobedient: they have sold the Ayat of Allah at a low price and averted people from the path of Allah. Surely, what they did was evil. They do not contemplate about an oath or a covenant with a believer. And they are the transgressors.

And should they repent, perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community] and give zaqat/tax, then they will be among your brothers in the religion. And thus He expounds His Ayat for a people who know.

And should they break their oaths after having given their promise and speak evil about your religion, fight those who blaspheme; consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb right away so they may desist. Surely, there will be no covenants for them.

Will you not fight against a people who break their oaths, intend to expel the Messenger out of his land and attack you in the first place? Or do you fear them in awe out of respect, love and knowledge? If you are believers, Allah is the One Who is worthy for you to fear in awe out of respect, love and knowledge.

Fight them so Allah may punish them through your hands and disgrace them. And He may make you victorious over them and heal the hearts of a believing people, remove the hatred from their hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whomever He pleases. Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker, the One Who precludes corruption best/makes incorruptible.

Do you think that you will be set free before Allah declares/marks and shows those among you who make their best efforts, do not take close friends from among the subordinates of Allah and His Messenger and you? And Allah is the Most Knowing of what you do.

While those who associate others with Allah witness their own blasphemy; their conscious denial of the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, it is impossible for them to maintain the masjid of Allah. They are the ones whose deeds will be wasted. And they shall abide in the Fire eternally.

Only those who believe in Allah and the day of the Akhirat [Afterlife], perform Salat [Support financially and spiritually; establish and maintain institutions that enlighten the community], give zaqat/tax and fear Allah in awe out of respect, love and knowledge can build and maintain the masjid of Allah. And they are expected to be among those who follow the righteous path they are guided.

Do you procure water for the pilgrim and build Masjid al-Haram as those who make their best efforts in the path of Allah? They cannot be equal before Allah. And Allah will not guide those people who do wrong; act against their own good by associating others with Allah.

Following this absolute warning, believers were given the following directives:

O you who have believed! Those who associate others with Allah are impure. Let them not come close to Masjid al-Haram after these years. If you fear lest you will lose your income when they are away, Allah will soon enrich you with His bounties when He wishes so. Surely, Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.

  • Fight must be waged to those among the Companions of the Scripture who disbelieve Allah and the day of the Akhirat [Afterlife], who deny that which Allah and His Messenger has made haram [forbidden] and do not adopt the true religion even though they are humiliated until they will give jizyah [tax imposed of the Companions of the Scripture].

  • They have taken from among the subordinates of Allah, wise, priests and Jesus, son of Mary, as their gods. But they have been commanded to worship only the One God. There is no god but Allah. Exonerated is He from that which those who associate others with Allah associate with Him.

  • They intend to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths. Yet, Allah insists on completing His light although those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb dislike it.

  • Those who believe, emigrate and make their best efforts in the path of Allah with their wealth and lives are more exalted before Allah. They are the ones who shall be saved. Their Rabb gives them the good tidings of the gardens of Jannah [Heaven/Paradise], which have endless blessings, into which He will admit them to abide therein eternally. Surely, Allah has a great reward with Him.

  • Just like the believers are warned in the Farewell Hajj, and like associating others with Allah has been cleared from the society in the period of Mohammed; believers must remove associating others with Allah and render religion unique to Allah at the religious schools /education venues.

  • The persons who have believed, if their fathers and siblings like to deny Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb against belief, must not admit them as their helpers, guides, and protectors. Whoever among the believers admits them as their helpers, guides, and protectors, he/she is exactly a wrongdoer.

  • Twelve is the number of the months in the decree of Allah from the day He created the Heavens and the Earth. Four of them have been made untouchable. This is the religion that protects. Therefore, believers must not treat themselves unjustly during the untouchable months. They must fight those who associate others with Allah and attack them together. And surely, it must be known that Allah is with those who are under His guardianship

  • Believers must fight those who associate others with Allah and attack them together. And surely, it must be known that Allah is with those who are under His guardianship.

  • The “Nesi” is only an increase in blasphemy; conscious denial of the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb that with it those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb are deluded; they consider it halal [permissible] one year and haram [forbidden] in the following year so they may match the number of that which Allah has made haram [forbidden] and that which Allah has made halal [permissible]. Evil nature of their deeds made enticing to them. And Allah will not guide those who consciously deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb.

  • Truly, as an allocation/an obligation from Allah, the Sadaqah [Charity]/public expenditures are only for the poor, the needy, the unemployed, public servants, those whose hearts to be encouraged to Islam, unfree slaves, those in heavy debt, those in the path of Allah [soldiers, students and teachers] and the stranded travelers. Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.

  • Believers must wage a jihad against the deniers and the hypocrites and treat them harshly. Their residence will be Jahannah [Hell]. And how an evil settlement it is!

  • Believers must not stand/serve within that masjid [mosque] forever and this must not be permitted! And those masjid [mosques] that were built to surrender under the guardianship of Allah during the first day are more suitable for them to serve. Within it are the men who favor purification. And Allah likes those who purify themselves.
  • So, is the one who has laid the foundation on submission under the guardianship of Allah and pleasure of Him or the one who has laid the foundation on the edge of an abyss and then roll down into Jahannah [Hell] with it? And Allah will never guide those who do wrong; act against their own good by associating others with Allah.
  • Unless their hearts are shattered, the foundation they have laid will remain a doubt in their hearts and will not perish. And Allah is the Most Knowing, the Best Law-Maker.

  • Believers must be very careful: it is possible that Masjids are built in order to inflict damage, deny the Divinity of Allah and the fact that He is Rabb, and create separation among the Muslims, through Satanist approaches-showing its appearance as being from God. They may create bases in these masjids to keep track of the believers. A big danger is not far from the Muslim community. The most famous example of this is the masjid torn down by Prophet Mohammed when he was alive. As courage for such a plot was exhibited during the period of Messenger Mohammed, the believers must now be more careful.

  • It is not appropriate for the believers to set out/mobilize and run to the frontline all together to take precautions in war circumstances. Then, should a group from each class of them is to set out to get deep knowledge in the religion, to warn people when they turned to them.

  • In a society of believers, even during wars, the experts of a profession, academicians, and educators must continue their occupation of enlightening the society and of education-training. Going on a campaign altogether is lack of precaution. It might be necessary to warn those who return from a campaign. It is vitally important that there must be warners in a society at all times. Believers must act in a planned and programmed manner.

  • The persons who have believed must fight the deniers who pose danger and treat them harshly. Believers must know that Allah is with the persons who come under His guardianship.

  • Believers must fight the cruel ones. Believers must act in moderation in everything but they must never behave softly to those deniers who pose a threat. This is better for the believers.

  • Public duties must be given to the persons who are qualified, honest, reputed, clever, not abused, with righteously earned well.

  • Muslim society must be strengthened in material and immaterial grounds, create its supportive institutions and maintain them. They must receive and collect the required allowances in order to maintain them. Muslims must lend such allowances as if they lend to Allah.
